The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depending on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family's recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. I would highly recommend this cooking experience. Carla and Rocco made us feel right at home in their outdoor kitchen overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Not only did Carla treat us to a fabulous meal, she taught us how to cook from scratch on our own. This was our best experience during a week long stay in Amalfi.

10/10 recommend this class with Rocco and Carla! Incredible hosts that out on a fun and engaging cooking class. I made the zucchini boats again within 3 days of returning home. Their recipes are a new staple in my home cooking rotation!

The best cooking class experience preparing authentic italian food! Rocco met us and guided us to the new and beautiful cooking facility in their yard. Kitchen in a terrace with the coast as the view! Ingredients from their garden. Carla offer a hands on class with recipes from their families. She was very instructive and make the class very entertain. Eggplant, two types of pasta and tiramisu came out delizioso!!!

Rocco and Carla were excellent hosts. We’ve been making pasta at home for the last two years but could never quite get the dough right. Carla gave us tips as a former chef that we’ll be able to use for years to come!

We had a wonderful lunchtime cooking class with Carla and Rocco learning about Italian food and culture. They welcomed us into their home, conducting the class on a well covered outdoor patio in their garden with excellent views of the Amalfi coast. The food was delicious and the class involved many thoughtful touches that made it a delightful experience. We would highly recommend.

Rocco and Carla welcome you into their home and treat you as a member of the family for one night. This cooking class is the real deal - not like any of the silly tourist traps or corporate type cooking classes you’ve done before. The scenery was also breathtaking as the class was held on their newly built (by Rocco!) outdoor patio kitchen, which allows you to take in the beauty of the coastline. Highly recommend and I wish Rocco and Carla lots of success with their business!!
We had such a fun time learning as we were cooking and realizing that simple ingredients and recipes can be delizia! We made two types of pasta (ravioli - the best I’ve ever tasted, and a spaghetti - our group got to select this shape), an appetizer (stuffed pepper), and my favorite dessert (tiramisu). They also treated us to two of their homemade wines, which were fantastic as well as their homemade liqueur. We did the group experience and were so glad we did - it was a blast getting to know other couples on our trip and we had a lot of laughs. This has been the highlight of our trip!

Rocco and Carla were amazing hosts providing an experience that was authentic and delicious! They are both highly trained in culinary arts and we learned a lot! They treated us like family and were wonderful representatives of the local community. Plus -amazing views from their patio! We highly recommend this experience!
