Stephan was so much fun! He has a great energy, his English is great, and his crepes are delicious!
We learned about crepes vs galettes. We were hands on the whole time. And the final product was awesome.

My wife and I were able to spend a too-short three-hours with Stephane learning all his secrets about crepe making. We cannot say enough about the enjoyable and educational time we experienced with such an entertaining and knowledgeable chef. Stephane was patient, careful, thorough, funny, clear and understandable. He was clearly very experienced and caring about his craft and enjoyed helping us learn.
Stepane's English was great and the stories and examples he used were perfect. We were in Europe for three weeks and can honestly say that the time we spent with him in his creperie, personally using his mixing bowls, whisks, measuring implements and ingredients under his personal watch and guidance and then learning to effectively use one of the many crepe makers in his kitchen was one of the highlights of our great trip. We cannot rate this experience and Stephanie more highly and recommend Stephanie without reservation or qualification!! The crepes we made under his watch were really tasty. This is a must do!

So much fun! This class has it all! Not only do you learn all kinds of info and tricks on how to make crepes, but you get a little history, you learn a bit about the science of cooking, and you are constantly entertained—Stephane is a really enthusiastic, fun and funny guy! And the crepes were delicious. Stephane has some unique toppings that are so tasty! I attended with my husband and two teenage sons, and we agreed that this was one of the highlights of our three days in Paris! Thank you, Stephane!

Great experience for my husband and I, We learned a lot and had a great time doing it. Stephane was excellent! The crepes we made were amazing! I would definitely recommend this experience and wouldn’t mind doing it again. Instead I Can’t wait to make them on my own! We’re Professional Crepe Maker!!

This was a fun and informative class. Stephane is a very animated instructor and clearly loves teaching people how to make crepes the correct way. We each got to make two large delicious crepes and add a variety of toppings. And we got the recipe with detailed instructions so we could make the crepes at home.

We had class with Stefan (the owner and chef of a fabulous crepe restaurant). He closes the restaurant every day for these classes and shares his passion for crepes. Everything from recipes, to the science of cooking crepes, to secrets of the craft to the history of the French crepe. He’s so energetic and enthusiastic. I’m with my 21 year old daughter visiting Paris for the first time and we made great memories in this class that will last forever. You will love it.

This was a really fun class for the entire family. Stefan, the teacher, was energetic and gave us very specific instructions on how to make delicious crepes. It was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris. It also got the kids involved in an educational activity that was not a museum!
