We chose this canal cruise because it appeared to have a live commentary. In reality there was no commentary at all so we had no idea what buildings we were passing and learnt very little about Amsterdam. The crew only seemed to be interested in selling their cheese and wine and telling jokes.

Nice cruise with knowledgeable and personable hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Picture of the ship in the Viator ad is a bit misleading as there were no cushions or table cloths in use on our boat. Would have been nicer if it were a bit longer, the hour went very fast.

Great experience with lovely hosts who clearly know their stuff. My only piece of feedback is that the starting point for the boat is not actually where it says it is, it's around the corner. I think it should be made clearer in the process as it causes for stress in some situations.

Crew were friendly and told a great story, plenty of cheese to go around as already served on platters - first drink was served nearly 15 minutes into the cruise. In terms of drinks it’s definitely not unlimited - waiting for crew to pour drinks meant we got 2 small plastic cups of wine each. My son got two sodas (the last one I repeatedly asked for) For £80 sterling it was a nice trip but on the expensive side in my opinion, a few more drinks wouldn’t go a miss and give better value for money. 2 crew going round a full boat plus talking in between meant slow service when it’s only an hours voyage. It was lovely to see the sights by boat though.
