Koh Lanta has everything you could ask for, pristine beauty beaches, yummy food, classic Thai massages and the list goes on and on. This island is remote but not at all hard to reach. It’s about 2 and half hours journey from Ao Nang Pier to Saladan pier in Koh Lanta.

The ferry wasn’t running so we were offered road transport for the same price in a very few overloaded sardine can/van☹️ . If you suffer in any small way from claustrophobia don’t use this type of transport.
