This is a fabulous thing to do on a nice sunny day in Rome. Mixture of exercise, fresh air, beautiful scenery and history /culture. The guide, Iman was a student of ancient history at the university. Very knowledgeable and you could see he loved the history. Perfect English. He was also very good / caring on the cycling bits. Most of the cycling is away from traffic on cobbled or dirt tracks through the countryside. When on road Iman was super protective. So long as you can ride a bike it's very safe. The e-bikes are very good quality and powerful. Even hills a breeze to cycle up. Or you can switch the motor off if you want to work a little harder to burn off yesterday's pasta 🤣😂 The trip (5hr) is not cheap but included a guided tour around the catacombs which is quite a lot on its own and a surprisingly good lunch at a little organic spa in the countryside. A lovely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ day out.

Excellent trip. Beautiful scenery. Cost quite high but was worth it as includes entry to the catacombs with expert guide, and a much better than expected lunch! The guide, a university student, was terrific. Very knowledgeable, great sense of humour, and clearly safety conscious. 👏👏👏

We had a great experience with this tour. It was a small tour group of 6 and Imran our tour guide was very informative about the places, history of the points we stopped. Ebikes were very easy to use and this tour is highly recommended for anyone who interested in seeing the extent of the Via Appia road, Aquaducts & Catacombs.

Absolutely loved this. My husband and I really wanted to see the Appian Way, this was definitely the most fun way to do this. Sylvie, our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable, funny and made sure we were safe on our bikes the whole time. Seeing the catacombs and aqueducts this way was great too. Lunch was a welcome break before heading back into to the city. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the best things we did in Rome. It was so fun seeing the city from another perspective, seeing the catacombs, and enjoying great food. We were expecting appetizers and it was really a whole meal. Sylvia made the experience a memorable one and was a fantastic host. I've recommended this to everyone we have come across since! Definitely do it if you are considering it.

The Highlight of our time in Rome . The route takes you out of the city and into the countryside , we were luck to have the tour on a Sunday when the park around the aqueducts was filled with locals enjoying the sunshine . Guide was excellent , made several stops for water, try the fountain water, it is delicious ! even took off our shoes to enjoy the cold water on our feet near the end of the ride . To top it off we enjoyed a beer and tapas at a local spot . I would do it again, have recommended it to cycling buddies who are planning a trip , E-bikes have enough juice to help lower skill level riders.

We had a great time. Special thanks for our French guide. She should get a sixth star if it was possible for her knowledge of the history and fascinating stories with a hint of sarcasm :)
