Arctic Delight - Visit to Santa's Village and snowmobiling to reindeer farm

The experience as a whole was great! Hardly a queue to meet santa as you get there before it opens. We were very lucky that there was only 8 of us on the tour! Snowmobiling was fun, although we only got up to 35mph, would have been good to go faster. Reindeer sleigh was super short and a bit pointless really but still magical. The host was lovely and answered all questions. I gave this 4* because on the snowmobiles you stopped to have a photo, and we were told we would get the same on the way back so we didn't switch but on the way back there was no stop, so only my partner has a photo on the snowmobile so that's disappointing. Also, the restaurant in Santa Claus Village for lunch is pure chaos. Its a buffet style and so crammed in, I ended up not eating because of all the pushing and shoving giving me anxiety.

Tour guide, David, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure everyone was where they were meant to be and having a good time.

We didn't get to see much of Santa's Village. I feel that the tour guides were skimpy with directions at the beginning and expected us to go off on our own and then know exactly when to meet up again. That said, the snowmobiling to the reindeer farm made up for it. Exciting, fast fun on the way and back. And plus got some time to ride sleighs with the reindeer, with some time to heat up by the fire in huts as well.

Excellent trip, absolutely magical from start to finish, and good value for money considering how action packed the day was. Very well organised and Belisa (sorry if we have spelt it wrong!) was an excellent guide. Snowmobiling was great and the reindeer farm was magical.

This experience was unforgettable. Vilma (our tour guide) was very accommodating and friendly. She gave us a good breakdown on what to expect for the day. The snowmobile experience was great! The reindeer farm was very informative.

We opted for “in pursuit of reindeer” snowmobiling to a reindeer farm. Raúl was our guide and he was incredible! He was so kind, helpful and patient. We were in a group of 4 adults and 5 children. The children went behind Raúl in a sled, he brought extra blankets for the little ones. I wasn’t sure if the snowmobiling part would be long enough but it was plenty, we got to see so much of the snow covered forest and even stopped for a play and a few photos on the way. I don’t know what I was expecting from the reindeer ride, I think I had imagined the entire group in a giant Santa sized sleigh being pulled at lightning speed by a large group of reindeer… There were 2 reindeer, each being led by a guide around a small track, each reindeer pulled one sleigh with 2 ppl at a time. We all had a great time, big thanks again to Raúl for being the best guide and making the experience so enjoyable
