Tour guides were really funny and super nice. The zip lining was really fun and you get some great views. They just pass you by very quickly

Arenal Mundo Adventura is a great company with very professional guides! My partner and I did the Big AMA canopy tour with 12 zip lines. It was SO FUN and exhilarating, and breathtaking to see the forest from another point of view. I felt safe the entire time and the guides were knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Heads up, the hike to the first cable has many stairs but they do disclose you must be in moderate/good shape to participate, so if this is the case you’ll have no problem :)

Our group had a phenomenal time. The zip line guides were immaculate professionals and also fostered a very fun atmosphere. This experience was a 10/10 and I would highly recommend it

The zip line trip we took with Alan and Warren was incredible !!!! They were the BEST guides. I was very nervous at first, but they made me feel very safe and took excellent care of us. We had such a great time and can’t wait to go again. Definitely choose this company they do a fantastic job!!

Oer guide team was fun and professional all in one. The views from the lines were breathtaking and worth the "extra" climb. We enjoyed the entire time flying through the tress and seeing the waterfall and wildlife.

Ziplining is a bucket list activity for me in Costa Rica. I’m glad I chose this tour operator. Although there was a small miscommunication about pick-up time that led to my husband and me feeling rushed in the morning, once we arrived at the site, we had a lot of fun.
We were in a bigger-than-usual group. For a few lines where it’s common for lighter or slower zipliners to stop before the end of the zipline, the friendly staff clipped in with the customers to ensure that we finish without having to move ourselves manually on the lines. Between simple Spanish and English and a lot of hand gestures, we felt safe with the instructions. The views from the top of the jungle were amazing. I would recommend this activity if you’re not afraid of heights and/or want to see Costa Rica from above the canopy.

We arrived a bit early, and the staff were very helpful in providing info for our 12 line tour. We got fitted for harnesses and helmets, watched a safety video, and away we went. It poured rain almost the entire time, but was so exhilarating!!
