This is a one way shared shuttle transfer from Honolulu International airport to all Hotels in the Waikiki, Kahala and to Cruise Terminal.
Service from the airport: A VIP greeter with green and white aloha shirt will be waiting for you at the baggage claim, and will have your name on a sign, assist you with your luggage, and escort you to your shuttle van. This service is free of charge and unique to this tour. It's this local operators way of saying "Mahalo" for choosing them.

This airport transfer company was totally unacceptable. They did not meet us in the terminal and were very late in picking us up outside the airport. Never, never use this company. They are terrible. I had to borrow an airport employee's phone to call as I did not have phone service on my cell. Horrible service.

Our plane was delayed, so I wasn't sure if VIP had late night livery service. When I arrived, I called the number given and a van pulled up within five minutes.

Convenience and great price for a family of 3 not bringing a car seat. Although the instructions could have been clearer. The address provided didn't take us to the right place. Should just said follow the signs to pre-arrange buses and shuttle pickup area. That would have gotten us there faster.

I would definitely use again! My airline used this transportation to pick up us on our layovers so I decide to use them on my personal vacation. 10/10 they were very friendly, came looking for me while I was waiting on my luggage took me to the pick up spot. Driver was so sweet and funny gave us great recommendation and was very friendly loved!

I got a phone call shortly after I arrived telling me where to meet the guide. He was right there and extraordinarily helpful,. Didn't even grumble when I had to take my bags back to baggage claim because I grabbed the wrong one. What a nice welcome to Hawaii
