We never got the tickets, so we could not go. Sure would like to have a refund. We kept getting the vouchers, which said they were not the entry tichet.

Great zoo easily accessible by tram (just a few stops from Amsterdam central station!)
Extremely well designed with views of the enclosures from almost every angle and cleverly makes you feel really close to the animals. There are plenty of seats around the zoo, lots of information in Dutch and English, good food and drinks and reasonable prices and lots of space

Despite the weather and the penguin enclosure shut, we did have a good time. Very interesting place and close to other worth while places. Please note you can get very close to some of the animals, so use common sense and respect the signs! We saw one idiot put his hand through a fence to try and pat a wolf. How he managed to keep his hand and fingers I’ll never know!? Anyhow, the jungle section is great but has uneven rocks to walk over. The butterflies were brilliant!

In love with the butterflies surreal moment, but the poor jaguar was crying and could hear it all over the park you should give him more space to run around

Absolutely disgusting, numerous emails with a voucher being told my ticket would be there 24 hrs before got nothing turned up at the zoo they said they don’t keep a record of booked through third party I had to phone viator I was on the phone for over 20 minutes where I was continuously put on hold to be told nothing they could do and refund would be requested but I have to wait for the zoo to confirm my whole day trip was ruined luckily quite a lot to do in Amsterdam
