Itinerary
Aruba's waters are rich in exotic marine life, including stingrays, moray eels, manta rays, barracudas and yellow tail. A large, shallow sand plateau surrounds Aruba making boat travel the most convenient method of reaching the off-shore reefs. Interesting coral formations are found from shallow water depths of 20 to 100 feet, with little or no current and flat surface conditions. As a certified diver, you know how to et up your own equipment and know how to maintain a safe environment for yourself and other divers on the boat. Please adhere to this at all times. Your dive will be guided by a Red Sail dive master. We work with a dive schedule, contact Red Sail directly for the different dive locations. Dive sites are subject to change due to sea conditions or other circumstances. You have to be a certified diver to go on this tour and you need to have done a dive within 2 years prior to this booked dive. We ask for proof of certification on the pier, please present your certification card to us.

Junior divers (ages 10 and 11 yrs. old) are not allowed on the 2-tank AM dives, as they are limited to a 40-foot depth. They are welcome on the afternoon 1-tank dive

All divers are required to show a valid certification card, you must have been diving within the past 2 years. All participants are subject to medical clearance and may be asked to complete a medical questionnaire.

Small group with dive master who was very knowledgeable. Our trip did two dives one at 65 feet and the other at 25. Both locations had tons of marine life and did not disappoint. Open water certification and knowledge of equipment set up definitely required. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

My husband, daughter and I went on a certified 2 tank dive as an excursion booked from our cruise. Johan was our dive master and was fantastic!! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. Our captain, Clifford, was a friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

The instructor Ozzie was great. We ended up being the only divers on or trip which was a treat. We were picked up but not taken back to our hotel, soliciters got us and we ended up in a taxi. All of the gear is a bit leaky but we still had plenty of air for our dives. We saw lots of great underwater wildlife and wrecks. Pretty good overall.

This dive operation caters to the cruise ship passengers, not to individual travelers. Their business model is to take as many passengers to as close a dive site as possible to their pier. You should expect a 20’ dive, 30’ visibility with little life and no coral reef.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH RED SAIL
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
Booked a two tank dive on Monday afternoon for dive trip on Tuesday morning. Got to dock on time and was told the trip was cancelled due to cruise ship coming in. Why they had to cancel for that I still don’t understand as they were all booked for snorkeling tour.
I was told they sent me an email, which I’m still waiting on.
Went to either change date or get a refund but no one was in their booth. Was told to come back later. Went back two hours later and they said she went to lunch come back in 30 minutes. Went back in 45 and was told, Oh she probably took a longer lunch.
Needless to say I’m not stay at the resort they’re at so I’m wasting my day walking back and forth.
Finally went back two hours later and the girl there tried to help me but was limited on what she can do. She kept texting the desk in lobby to get answers but no one responded. I told her to call, of course she can’t.
She said I could go up there but can’t go in lobby without a shirt. I had her give me a towel and I walked up and of course, no one at desk, so I go back to booth and the girl has me leave my name , email, phone etc and some one will contact me. I left with no answers.
Now it’s Wednesday afternoon and no email or text. I go to booking booth again, it’s the woman who I booked with. I go through the story again. She looks on her schedule and says you went diving on Monday. I told her no I booked on Monday for Tuesday morning. Who did you book with. I tell her, you booked it. She doesn’t remember. Finally she refunds my money. I will NEVER deal with this company ever again.

That was the best excursion I've ever been on. From the moment we met Leendert, it was evident that his passion for scuba diving and the underwater world was contagious. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge immediately put me at ease, especially given I was a first timer.
The dive sites were perfect, the time down there was incredible safe, all I had to do was relax and take it in. You can tell how much he cares about us enjoying it, while being safe & that was my biggest take away.
We saw turtles, octopus, lobsters, hundreds and thousands of fish, it was insane.
MY ONLY ADVICE: give that man a raise, or alternatively find 50 more of him. He is that good & I highly HIGHLY suggest going on this trip.
