Communication could have been better. I had a support number and sent several messages with no answers. I got several messages but then the last one with the exact place to meet I missed because I thought I had already read it. The address was the same as a Viator trip but listed as a different address which made it very very confusing and I missed the bus. The woman on the phone that I finally reached was helpful and Patty the driver came back to get me which I appreciated very much. Not sure why two different addresses were used for the same place which was very confusing and there was nobody around to ask for directions. The weather did not cooperate but Patty our tour guide was fantastic and knowledgeable!

Outstanding trip. The weather was rainy most of the day but our driver/tour leader did an outstanding job getting us to see the sites despite the conditions. If the trip was this good in the rain it must be awesome in good weather!!

Patty was a great guide & driver, and she made the trip really enjoyable. We made six or seven stops at different waterfalls and lakes, as well as stopping at the curtain fig tree. Josephine Falls and Milla Milla Falls were especially great for swimming. Overall a great trip!

The tour was excellent! I have a slight mobility issue and was not planning to swim but Patty our guide made sure my husband and I had the best experience of viewing each of the stops. I had trouble getting into the bus with the first step and Patty stopped home to get a crate so I could more easily step into the bus. It was a long day of touring but was worth it. Thanks Patty! Note to office though that the meeting place was confusing as it was an empty store front and not what was listed on paperwork.

Truly a memorable and magical experience. The falls were amazing to say the least. The foliage around was incredible. The waters were really enjoyable. Didn't manage to swim in all because sometimes the waters were too cold for me . The guide was great and made us feel really comfortable.

Thanks Orion for giving us a memorable tour yesterday, Dec 29th. The Waterfall Wanderers Adventure was great. Lots packed in within the day, and Orion’s commentary was both informative and funny (in the way he delivered it). His playlist was not chaotic, contrary to his heads up. We definitely recommend for people who have not tried it to give this tour a go.

We enjoyed our tour of the Atherton Tablelands. Our guide was so helpful and knowledgeable. She even lent us towels from her home when we were unable to bring them from our hotel. She helped us find wildlife and showed us the most spectacular natural sites.

The directions to the pick up spot were terrible, but the tour itself and the tour guide were wonderful.

This tour really is was amazing! I learned so much and we made 6-7 stops. It went at the perfect pace all day. And I was lucky to have a group of only 4 of us which was really fun. Highly recommend you see more than you expect! The highlight was seeing a platypus up close in the wild!
