Itinerary
Welcome to the max combo, all activities are done in Puerto Morelos, we will start our trip boarding a brand new boat and we will go to the national reef park, here you will see a huge variety of fishes of all colors, types and sizes. Here we will give you all your snorkeling equipment and your life jacket so you can feel completely safe
Then we will go to our restaurant to have a meal and water to refresh, we will have a walk through the center of Puerto Morelos. Later we will held up to our park, where you´ll drive an ATV in the middle of the jungle. Then, we will go to the circuit of ziplines, here you can fly through the treetops, these ziplines are considered the safest because we have the best security equipment which has the highest levels of security requested worldwide. By the end we will go to the CENOTE, you will discover an ancient place for the Mayans. You can enter as a warrior through a jump like Tarzan or if you prefer a more quiet option you can access through a safe ladder. At the end we will go to the restaurant to eat a delicious Mayan lunch, and we will refresh ourselves with water before starting our return to the hotel or meeting point.

For Our Tulum Trekkers: Your adventure kicks off a tad earlier, with our pick-up window set between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. Together, we’ll hit the road to make sure we’re at the park by 9:30 AM, ready to dive into the day’s fun!

The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs
Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

really great trip. Snorkeling was great. Saw a lot of fish. At the Cenote, Lalo was a great guide and took care of us from being to end. All the guides were great and very friendly,
Do be warned though, you are hit up for money the whole tour. Between tips to all your drivers, and then selling you photos at every location( they don't let you bring your camera to anything except the Cenote), Trying to sell you tequila and rash guards, and scarves for the ATV it gets a bit much.

The day was an odd itinerary. We got picked up 25 minutes late with people who didn’t join our snorkeling experience (but saw later throughout the day). I will say the snorkeling was the best part of our day. Mike and his boat crew were so knowledgeable and fun. We saw a lot of unique fish and they worked hard at making sure we were safe. It started going downhill at lunch. We had to give $10 deposit for a locker they wouldn’t give back till we were at lunch. The restaurant was a cute beach spot and the tacos fantastic but we had to wait 30+ minutes for them. So once we had to leave for the next activity we had to eat our tacos in 7 minutes plus being a little pushy for tips at the restaurant (for excursion, musician, and server). And we’re tipping people but just constantly felt pressured throughout the day. We went to the adventure park which they charged us $5 for a locker (but had no choice other than to get a locker). The zipline wasn’t very scenic, the atv stopped every 5 minutes to catch up to the rest of the crew and was just going in circles. The cenote was pretty but we were there for less than an hour. Plus there was tacos at the end that weren’t nearly as good as the lunch ones. Overall I recommend the snorkel experience and the rest you can skip.

Our tour guide Mona Lisa was so wonderful! He was caring and shepherded us like his flock. Mario, the photographer got some excellent pictures and knew just how to get the best pictures

Although we had some issues to start because Viator made some mistakes when communicating with the company about the package we purchased . The company was able to contact Viator to ensure the situation was rectified and we truly had the best time . We were picked up from tulum , we did have to go to a meeting spot but it was only a few mins from our hotel so that wasn’t a problem. Alexis was our guide to start off and he was super fun , kind and made our experience worth it ! The ATVS were fun , you do have to drive in a single line but you are able to give space to one another so you can go at ur own pace . The cenote was beautiful although I wish we were able to spend more time there it was still enjoyable . They try to time everything so you can spend a good amount of time at each activity however it also depends on how fast ur group is moving , etc . The zip lining was exhilarating , and the guides ensure everything is on properly and you feel safe and secure . They also provided food and drinks as advertised however they also have other things for purchase. We were also honored to meet a true Mayan native who spoke the native tongue, she gave us a History lesson as well as made homemade corn tortillas filled with meat for use to try . Finally we went on our snorkeling excursion and our Guide Raphael was truly amazing . He was so knowledgeable about the coral reef as well as so passionate about the mission going into preserving the reefs . This experience overall was a 9.5/10 like I said we had issues to start however everything flowed seamlessly at the end ❤️ Overall 10/10 recommend

The ATV, zip line & cenote was super fun. Transport was prompt. Lunch was great.
The snorkeling is apparently through a separate company that never showed up. The company called while we were at the ATV, zip line & cenote park and said they will pick us up tomorrow b/c the port was closed. Unfortunately, we had flights out the the next day.
Just keep in mind, this “combo” excursion is actually through 2 separate companies.

This booking exceeded expectations by far. Our guide, Monalisa, at the park was so awesome and took care of us. The entire experience is so well-run and everything was very punctual for a large group which is so hard to achieve.
These folks work very hard so please RESPECT THEM and don’t bring your entitled tourist attitude with you.
The ATV’s were so much, ziplines and the park is beautiful.
TIP the workers.
The snorkeling, guided by Alberto, was excellent! They really focus on preserving the reefs. Excellent!

This was a great time. Family loved it. The ATV burned my skin off when it went through the puddles and I told the company we were with, but they didn't seem to concerned. Otherwise everything was really fun.
