All activities take place in Puerto Morelos. Combine adrenaline, adventure, and skill within the Mayan jungle on an ecological tour immersed in the jungle. Enjoy a circuit of zip lines, ATVs and also horseback riding, an interactive cenote with 2 zip lines and a jumping platform, lunch with soft drinks included and a rest area.

Traveler pickup is offered
- The pick-up time will be received one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder. You can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation 1 day before the tour before 2 pm.
- If we do not have availability for pick-up at your accommodation, you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel.
- Meeting points for travelers who are in airbnb, hotels outside our pick-up zone or any place we cannot reach:
- Meeting point in Cancun: outside the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel on Tulum avenue
- Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen
- Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no hotel or airbnb pick-up, you can get to the park on your own or meet at the meeting point in Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you must contact Contact us to give you the details.
- The pick up time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour.
- Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will automatically be assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel.
- For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability.
- Depending on availability and the area of your hotel, the schedule may change.

For security reasons, it is not allowed to use the cell phone or any other electronic device during the activities, only the use of GoPro attached to our helmets and Chesty supports is allowed, which are subject to availability.
It is recommended to bring an extra change of clothes

The pick-up times at the hotels, itinerary and return time may be affected by issues beyond our control, such as weather or traffic.

If you are late or don't show up, no refund is offered.

Extra charges for the purchase of souvenirs, photos, or any extra purchase could have an additional amount of 16% VAT. Any extra charge during the experience is completely unrelated to our company
Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities.
Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors, and the round trip time to and from your hotel must also be considered.

We had a lot of fun on this tour. The weather didn't cooperate but we still enjoyed it. There were only 6 ziplines, don't expect a lot. However, the cenote was a lot of fun. The food was delicious.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The staff was very nice and spoke very good English. They were also very polite. There was this 1 particular fellow who took care of us from the jump, but I cannot remember his name. We were afraid during the ziplining but they talked us through it and we felt comfortable. The overall experience was lovely! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Great friendly service, we had a lot of fun, we’ll definitely be back. The zip line and cenotes are a must try. The food at the end of the adventure completed the day.

From start to finish the whole experience was exceptional. The staff are so friendly and reassuring. My little girl changed her mind about going on the zip lines but hopefully we can return again one day when she's ready to do it. Lovely place. I 100% recommend. Transport was 100% spot on and on time too. Thanks guys it was pleasure.

I enjoyed all parts of the excursion. Very well organized and some staff were humerus. It is a must experience for anyone visiting Cancun Mexico !

My group and I did this excursion on August 5th. We were picked up on time from our hotel which was great — but our van had minimal AC for the 30+ minute ride. We arrived and immediately started the round of excursions, each one lasted about 30 minutes and we were told our transfer back would come around 2. We finished the excursions and the provided lunch around 1:30, expecting to wait for the transfer for 30 minutes. Boy were we wrong, we waited over an hour and a half in the scorching sun/heat for our transfer back + the AC was completely not working once we got in, and there were only small fans blowing hot air around. This made our excursion trip go from a 5/10 to a 1.5/10. Also — we have been on a similar excursion at a different location/company in this area which was far better. Here, they didn’t clean any of the helmets off after use, or provide plastic gloves to put inside the protective gloves for the zip lines. The helmets smelled really bad, bring a bandana or scarf to cover your hair!

Very disappointed with this excursion. My reasons being that I was showed my pictures before we purchased them. I was going to buy them mainly because there were 2 photos with me and my boyfriend in the cenote that I loveddddd. I was quoted $80 for the entire set and agreed. Once I checked my card I was actually charged $100 and they left out many videos and didn’t include the cenote pictures either. When I contacted them about this they told me they just could not find them which makes 0 sense to me.
