There was a mix up with picking me up from my hotel. I ended up being picked up from a different hotel (so at least they were accommodating with that). However, after the excursion, the shuttle driver refused to drop me off at the right hotel and so dropped me off on the side of a highway and told me to take a taxi. Where he dropped me off was just 4 min driving distance to the hotel. I was unable to get a taxi and the Uber app wasn’t able to find a driver so I actually had to walk 20+ min on the highway. To make matters worse, I was just wearing a bathing suit and carrying my luggage since I didn’t have time to drop off my luggage before the excursion. As I was walking in just my bikini and getting bitten by mosquitoes, a driver pulled over and offered me a ride. I took my chances and accepted the ride. Thankfully I made it to my hotel in one piece but that experience was quite dangerous. The fact that the shuttle driver was too lazy to safely drop me off 4 mins down the road is insane. Everyone on the shuttle was in disbelief and asked if I would be ok. BE AWARE: the photos that they take for you at the excursion (since taking your own photos is forbidden) can go up to $80 (USD) depending on how they feel. The driver was late picking everyone up so we were very limited on time and barely had time to enjoy each activity.

What an Awesome experience!!! Can’t wait to come back next year to do it all again! Loved everything about it. The 20 foot jump into the cenote was exhilarating and fear facing, don’t chicken out ( I almost did). I recommend doing the ATVs solo… So much fun! Definitely go upside down Spider-Man style when available. The tacos were so good. I can’t say enough about how great the entire experience was. Jeremy, Julio, Mauki, Concna were excellent guides and staff. They were friendly, helpful and all-around fantastic. Do not miss out on this experience !!!!

What a fantastic trip. Well worth the money. Alexis and Ricardo were great guides and managed to fit so much into our day. Note that lockers & insurance are extra & photo package was is also a must at £72

After reading reviews I was a bit skeptical..I'm sooo glad I booked! Transportation was punctual and picked us up in front of our resort. Three other groups were with us (10 ppl total). It was an hour drive from Dreams Sands. Once there we were given a quick run through of how the day would work and signed waivers. Lockers were add't $6 and insurance for ATV was $7/vehicle. Each event lasted the perfect amount of time. After everything we were served chicken fajitas! The photographer was on point! Picture package was $40 each (me and my partner) and it included 194 pics and videos. They captured everything!!!! We were asked for tips two times, was not bombarded! Recommendations: Bring bottled water Bring glasses/bandana for ATV Bring a towel Pool shoes are great idea for center Waterproof bag for Cenote *They have a convenience store but everything is over priced. ($25 for sunglasses, $6 to rent a towel) Only cons - long drive and we did not receive wine tasting!

I wish that I could give 0 stars. This place was so unorganized and unsafe from their drivers to the activities. If you’re booking this trying to save your money- just book something else, it was NOT worth it. It gave a backyard jungle gym vibes. The driver told our group 40 minutes to get to the location- it took 2 hours which cut our activity time short. The listing said we would be picked up after the excursion to get us home by 6:30, didn’t end up getting home until 9:40! We couldn’t even do horses- because we wanted to go to the cenotes and they said our time would be cut short @ cenotes if we did horses) and tequila tasting was rushed, 2 people crashed on the ATVS because of the lack of instruction for them. The activity mentioned everything would be included, but nothing was included but they push extra fees and supply charges on you the ENTIRE TRIP. And then after the whole clown show of an experience ask you to tip them and leave a good review. They didn’t even wait until everyone had left they just started counting the peoples money right in front of them. The whole trip was a joke, this company is a SCAM.

The excursions were great. I enjoyed the atvs and zip lining the most. The staff was very helpful and assisting. I definitely recommend.

Excursion was really fun. Our driver was on time and was a cool person. Tour guides did an amazing job. ATV’s were in really good condition, zip lines were fun. Horse back riding section needs some more improvement because the ride was really short and boring. Cenote was a cool experience and the area clean and had good seating. The lunch was really bad though.
