Itinerary
Located on Bali’s northeast coast, Tulamben offers remarkable opportunities for beginner divers. During your trip, you will be able to dive at Bali’s most famous scuba diving site, the USAT Liberty Wreck. This is one of the most accessible wreck dives in the world. We will also dive at the Coral Garden, or alternatively the Drop Off. You’ll be able to spot hundreds of marine species such as turtles, bumphead parrotfish, sweetlips, clownfish, eels, and sharks!
Safety is our #1 priority, so each beginner diver will be accompanied by their own dive master during the entire dive. You will receive a pre-dive training on basic dive techniques and will practice these skills in the shallow water. After diving, we will eat lunch and drive you back to your hotel.
Our team is 100% local, so we are very familiar with the dive sites. We love helping other adventurers discover what’s so special about this place!

Traveler pickup is offered
We offer free pickup and drop-off from most hotels in Tulamben and Amed. If you are staying outside of these areas we can still pick you up, there just may be an additional charge.
Recommended pick-up time from Amed is 7:00am.
Recommended pick-up time from Tulamben is 7:30am.
To coordinate pick-up, please send your name, desired pick-up time, and hotel name/address.
Confirm time with the local provider in advance of your experience.

First time diving period. They take you through a training session; show you how everything works & what you can expect to happen. Once down in the water the diver instructor is with you the entire time checking in with you and assisting as needed. Beautiful experience of the sunken ship. The undersea wildlife is magnificent. And upon returning to the shop you're provided with fried plantains & traditional bali coffee to recuperate. Must do when in bali.

My instructor was Mady .. he has all the knowledge of diving and skills are very good .. me and my wife have no experience in swimming.. but we felt very comfortable with him .. we highly recommend you go try scuba diving here at let’s dive tulamben..

Fantastic trip.
Both inexperienced and was really looked after; really knowledgeable guide, Kadek dived with us. Gave me loads of confidence.
Did two dive sites, both fabulous.
He got some fantastic videos and photos too!

I went for Padi open waters dive course and my partner went for advanced. We had so much fun. The Instructors were more than suportive (I had a bit of panic moment with my mask) The whole team is wonderful and really welcoming. So grateful for an amazing experience 🐠

Scuba diving in Tulamben was an unforgettable experience. The Liberty Wreck's vibrant coral and diverse marine life made the experience mesmerising . The visibility was excellent, and the calm waters allowed for a relaxed exploration. This was one of the highlights of the trip and the experience is amazing.
People are nice and experienced. Little scary in the beginning but you get used to it pretty quickly.
