The driver in our trip was very rude. Asked 20 dollars for pickup in the beginning. Was very rude to our group. Didn’t like the service at all. Also, was rushing from every location. The trip was supposed to end at 6pm but he ended at 4pm. Didn’t took us to couple of locations. Was asking for tips at the end of the trip to which we said we were not happy with his service and didn’t tip him. Extremely unpleased with Viator and its driver. Would not recommend anyone to book from Viator.

Our guide and driver Mr Amarjit was so kind . Every place and lagoon we visited was amasing. I fully recomend this tour.

The tour was on time all throughout the trip and the guide was very welcoming. She gave us lots of recommendations for food in Banff and other things to do if we were to come back. My favorite part was lake Louise and Banff town! I think we got a great value for our money and would recommend this to anyone who would like to do a quick day trip to Banff.

"I recently went on the viator and had an incredible experience! Our guide, William and our driver, was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The tour was well-organized, and we saw so many amazing sights, including lake Louise, Banff, canyon Johnston, bow falls and other . The group size was about 12 people, which made it easy to meet new people and get a more personalized experience.
The tour was a great value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore mountain and lake. Thank you, viator, for a fantastic adventure!

Five stars isn’t enough for this experience. Wai Lim and Chelsea were amazing tour guides. Very attentive to guest needs, beautiful stops to enjoy the sights and truly go above and beyond for their guests. The pick up was on time, each stop was explained to us. They knew the perfect amount of time we needed at each location - we never felt rushed nor did we feel that we were waiting too long for the next stop. I highly recommend this excellent company to help make memories that will last a lifetime.

We were traveling with a group of 8 friends. This tour made our experience much easier. We didn't have to worry about navigating in the snowy conditions, finding parking at the various stops, or being able to stay together as a group. Our tour guide, Chelsea, was super friendly and engaging. The sights along the way were truly amazing and breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful guide called Vikram who was polite and friendly and very accommodating
He showed us the sights and gave us plenty of time to appreciate the beauty of the Banff National Park
He went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our day out
The sights are stunning but it so important to have a great guide with you

The Guide Domini is amazing. He is so patient and showed us multiple spots. He organized the tour nicely and got us back in time.
