Located in the village of Banya, the thermal pools are only a 15-minute ride away from Bansko. The mineral thermal pool is open daily after 11:00 in the morning. Once in our rental shop, meet our representatives and they will direct you to your driver. You will depart at a time of your choosing but after 10:30 AM.

Lovely thermal bath. Very clean baths and facilities. Great driver- very friendly. Good experience and a lovely way to relax after the slopes

The drinks were very cheap, however the pool and complex was over sold and the pool was extremely busy. No loungers available and had to cram into the pool.
Far too many people in attendance. Its a bi of a novelty.
Changing facilities a bit poor and no proper showers on site.
There was a hand held shower head over a sink in the toilet.
Maybe if there was leas people it would have been more enjoyable and relaxing.
Would not recommend.

Out of date swimming pool showers do not work and changing rooms are very small . Sun loungers all dirty .
Really not worth a visit .

No value for the money. The water is hot but the pools and facilities are quite old and not well taken care of.

The thermal pool complex was dated and in need of refurbishment. People were smoking and drinking in the pools, empty pint glasses (plastic) left around the edge of the pool. Tiny, communal changing areas, outside showers not working.

Really beautiful experience. We went in the evening time and could see the night sky looking up from the pools. We were also lucky enough to experience a firework display which was the cherry on top!

Super nice! Two hours were more than enough to enjoy it, there is a restaurant inside, do not forget flip flops, they do not provide it, rocks are cold outside of the pool

Big thank you to Dobrin and driver. We booked a last minute trip for 13 people to Hot Springs and Spa. Not a problem for Dobrin, he accommodated us right away, and was just a phone call away when we wanted picking up. Great fella, and I have kept his number for next year when we return. Thanks Dob..
