For the young and the young at heart feeding time at the Barbados Wildlife Reserve is an exciting event; deer, tortoise, iguana, peacocks and of course the highlight is the Barbados Green Monkey. The monkeys are not captive and therefore have the freedom to come in and out of the reserve. Feeding time is the most opportune time to view them at the reserve and we do see them there 99% of the time.
An added bonus to the tour is a stop at Barclays Park on the East Coast and North Point where you will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic surf crashing into the cliffs.

We visit North Point Barbados for the great views of the waves crashing onto the cliff. The Animal Flower Cave is also located at North Point But the entrance fees to the cave are not included in this tour. During the Months of Dec to April Humpback whales migrate through the Caribbean. North Point is one of the popular viewing sights.

We offer pick-ups at close to 300 locations across Barbados, a combination of Hotels, condominiums and villas.
If your tour is NOT a private tour, you may have up to 4 other pick-up points beside your own pick up at your accommodation. Most of the time these pick-ups are done within a 5k distance of but occasionally they are within 8km. Some tours the picks ups are along the route to the first attraction so they may be more spread out across a wider section of the island. Pick-ups are arranged in such manner, so they do not take up a lot of your day.
Because we are unaware of where these pick-ups will be at the time of your booking, we will give you a wide window of time for your pick-up. On the afternoon before your tour, we will contact you by email to provide you with a more accurate pick-up time within the window provided to you at this time. YOUR PICK-UP WINDOW IS: 8:30am-10:40am

Cris was awesome. She took us around the island to see popular sites and the monkeys were so cute. I am so glad we did this tour. Worth it for the monkeys

Glyne was so awesome as our tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and Monkeys. I didn’t realize the whole drive to the animal sanctuary you are getting a tour of the island itself! You get to see a ton of other tortoises and peacocks and others. Although they advertise that you are just watching the Monkeys eat you can totally hand them fruit and they would take it! It was amazing! Highly recommend.

Our tour guide Charles did an amazing job giving us knowledge of the island, very friendly and made the journey fun. Feeding the monkeys was amazing got really close up to watch them eat was not disaapointed. Also the flower cave and views given us a chance to see a different side of the island. 10 out of 10 trip

We enjoyed this excursion very much.
The monkeys, tortoises, peacocks, and deer at the Wildlife Reserve were delightful and active, lots of fun walking around among them.
We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the tour stopped at the Saint James Parish Church and Cemetery, the Animal Flower Caves, and a spot with a beautiful ocean view at the end of the steam train line that runs from the St. Nicholas Abbey. The train arrived while we were there, and we enjoyed seeing it.
Our driver, Rudolph, was very knowledgeable about the country's history and culture and answered all our questions.
Finally, we were pleased that we were picked up and dropped off very near to where we were staying, on the south coast, almost at the opposite end of the island from the Reserve.
Great value for the money, and highly recommended.

We enjoyed this tour a lot. Our tour guide Tommy was very knowledgeable in his countries history & filled our driving tome with history & stories of his island. He was a good story teller & answered all our questions.
We loved watching the green Monkey's eat. They were soo cute & wrestled & fooled around with each other. One monkey acquired a coconut drink from a young family on our tour & ran away with it. He enjoyed it!
He took us to a lookout where a steam powered train came & they turned the engine around on a 300 year old turn wheel by pushing it with their body's weigh.
Then off to another coastal shoreline sight. Where the waves were hitting the shoreline. Nice view.
All in all it was a good tour.

Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you come back after they feed the animals. The monkeys come after some people clear out.
