We used Indus Pickups several times during our recent stay in Barcelona including several transfers to and from the airport. On our last day, we had a really hectic day with our airline rescheduling, cancelling, and new bookings and our scheduled departure from our lodging was changed several times as a result. Prompt pick up at the hotel. In spite of original driver being detained with an airport pickup, arrangements were made to have an alternate pick us up. All went smoothly.

The driver didn’t come into the hotel lobby to find us. The only way we knew he had arrived was that the hotel concierge told us he was outside. He didn’t help with the luggage at either the hotel or at the airpoart in Barcelona. We would not recommend him.
