Tour was great! I was uneasy on the scooter so he offered the Segway which was way better. Phillip was very knowledgeable and showed me as much as he could in the 2 hours we had. He also asked me what route id like to take prior to leaving.

The scooter tour with Nulo was amazing. I will always tour cities like this in the future. Nulo was fun and informative. The scooter was easy to learn and the best way to cover lots of ground and see everything efficiently. We absolutely loved it. Our best day yet.

Booked through TripAdvisor (not direct with Vendor). 5 stars for full refund provided.
It was not clear enough that e-scooters were not for under 16's as the tour allows for booking under 16's. The terms do state that ebikes would be provided but suggest this is made very clear on the booking page not just in Additional Information. The ebikes were small and suggest normal sized ebikes are used instead. Or stop the offer as it is just odd for familes to deal with the different vehicles. We were not the only customers to be surprised on arrival according to the vendor and the disappointment must be difficult to manage.
The ebike chains were prone to falling off. This happened and could not be fixed so we had to return and cut the tour short. They are not fit for purpose. Our guide did have the habit of racing off ahead and not looking back so it took some time to realise we were not following.
Could have been ok ... perhaps just a bad start could not overcome the disappointment.
Vendor was polite and understanding. He agreed refund which was processed very quickly through TripAdvisor.

Our guide, Leo was accommodating, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and went out of his way to suggest attractions in line with our interest. He also stopped to help an older gentlemen cross the street - total winner.
