From the moment of contacting to returning the bikes we had a superb experience. We had to return as we had a puncture and were given a replacement bike immediately. Theresa was a great ambassador for the company. What a great value for money experience

Great experience hiring my bicycle for an unaccompanied tour in Puglia. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, quick to respond to any queries and made the whole experience easy. I would definitely choose them again.

Even though we had a fine trip on the bikes around in Bari, I can't recommend this. After more than 2 months I still haven't got the deposite back and now they just stopped answering emails. Very dissapointed.

Cycling around in the narrow streets of the old town and visit San Francesco and pane and pomodoro. Great way to visit more with in less time.

5 Day Bike Rental. (2 Bikes - City Bikes)
2nd Day: bicycle chain (full rusted) did flip of at the tour - fixing was not possible - new Bike next day.
4th day: flat tyre (at kilometer 12 ) due to porous ripening. We had to walk it back ...
Do not rent a bike before season starts. It seems that all bikes are stored in Oktober, with no service, Maintainance, fixing until next season. Result: Rust and Porous tires

All personal was very friendly and spoke english very well. Bikes were in very good condition, so our trip in Bari was a pure pleasure. I strongly reccomend Velo service.
