Though we booked for a shared tour, we are fortunate to have the tour all by ourselves. The driver cum guide, Mr DinDin is very friendly and make us very comfortable throughout the trip.

It was great experience to visit Batam. The tour guide was very friendly and doing his best for you. We enjoyed our 1 day trip to Batam. Local people are very friendly and welcoming.

Average tour. The guide/driver did not give too much information. She asked about the itinerary. It seemed she didn’t know what was included. I added the massage to the tour but the guide didn’t have this information. I had to show the receipt so the spa place didn’t charge me again. I feel most of the time was spent driving around Batam.
Also, the tour operator didn’t let me know that I had to pay a visa on arrival even though they knew I was coming from Singapore.

It was an excellent day trip to Batam their service. They help us to book a massage and collect boarding pass. He assigned a good tour guide who picked us up promptly at the ferry terminal and accommodating to our request. Will book again and recommend to my friends.

On the day of our tour, it was very packed when reached at Batam Center. Luckily, the tour guide is very understanding and wait for us. When the start of the tour, we ask which place more popular and he suggests us to go to the place and bring us there. He also very friendly and helpful. He also helps us to order layer cake and sent to our hotel and also send us to Batam Centre to departure back to Singapore. I will definitely use the service again if I go batam.
