Itinerary
You will enjoy a relaxing day at the beach and pool that you can alternate with Yoga classes, massages and guided meditation. We will welcome you with a detox juice or a welcome cocktail according to your preference. They will be located in kiokos with table and chairs for sunbathing, they will receive loaned towels for use throughout the day. We have flexible times to enter and return. Our restaurant prepares delicious vegan, vegetarian and pecetarian food. Namaste is a beautiful nature reserve with ecological practices and a strict culture of sustainability.

life changing experience. Relax in your own space, meditation and yoga was worth it all. I upgraded to get Sound Vibration therapy with Fabi and when I tell you it’s life changing, it really was. I have been looking for this type of therapy for so long and now I know why I was lead to book this trip. If you are into Holistic exercises please book this place!!!
