This yoga experience will be held at the beach. If you travel alone this is a great opportunity to meet new people and make some new international friends. Or maybe you are travelling with your friends and family and you want to spend a little special time with them apart from the Tourist attractions, or maybe you just need to get some fresh energy and relax in between your travel adventure.

In this session, we will be working on strength, flexibility, and balance, everything you need to keep your body healthy while travelling.

It was a fabulous experience. Kind, warm, welcoming, and worked with our pace/abilities. Constant encouragement and helpful tips. The location was absolutely gorgeous for a morning mind cleanse and emotional re-centering.

I had the sunrise class on the beach and it was an incredible unique experience! We had a private beach for us, Zlata the teacher went through the poses in a very professional way and she is a beautiful soul! For sure a must in Cascais!

Hyvä selkeä opastus ja miellyttävä vetäjä. Hyvä ohjelma myös ei kovin kokeneelle joogaajalle. Palmu varjosti kivasti auringon suoralta paahteelta. Ainoa miinus oli hälyisä paikka, sillä samaan aikaan alkoi vieressä lasten surf-koulu. Ehkä 10:30 olisi ollut parempi aloitusaika sillä silloin lapset olivat jo merellä.
