Itinerary
* Meet and greet your Instructor at the dive centre. Complete all necessary paperwork and prepare and organise equipment.
* Start in shallow water and perform a skills sessions and get relaxed and comfortable with breathing underwater.
* Once comfortable we will then go for a dive around the reef and see the beautiful marine life.
* Return back to the dive centre.

Diving within 12 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

Had an amazing introduction to scuba diving with the team. They were very patient, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable! The site of the dive was interesting and close by - I think a really good place for a first dive. All up, a great experience, and one I would recommend to a solo traveller or a group!

Great experience, staff amazing and very Saftey conscious. If it’s your first time and your a little nervous then these guys will put you right at ease and take good car of you.

Slightly disappointing overall. There was little warmth or friendliness from most of the staff from the pick up driver to the diving instructor. The instructions were rushed and not enough time was spent getting used to breathing under the water. This part was quite stressful. The clarity of water was good and lots of beautiful fish. However having a camera shoved in your face constantly quickly became annoying - the photos cost E20 extra; some great - most not.
Tufia is beautiful, apart from the carpark - no toilets!
Really poor communication as to what was going on after the dive as another group was waiting, so left to own devices for over an hour without any initial explanation as to what was happening or when the return journey was expected. Initially not a problem as beautiful setting but annoying not having this explained. The 4 hour "diving experience" includes a lot of waiting around.

This was my second dive with these guys. We went by van to the dive site at the North of the island and geared up. My girlfriend went snorkeling along side the dive group. Eileen (probably the wrong spelling sorry!) was our dive master and overall instructor. She is a very talented diver, looks so comfortable in the water.
We went into the water and everyone was assigned an experienced diver to shadow them. I can't for the life of me remember the man with me, tall and British! A real laid back guy, good craic. So we went down and I had an absolute nightmare with my mask not sealing and flooding constantly. It was quite stressing but my companion was very good and we resurfaced a few times to try fix it. Eileen noticed all of this and also got involved to fix the issue. Unfortunately it didn't rectify but Rosie saved the day. She was snorkeling with my girlfriend. She so very kindly swapped masks with me. It fixed it straight away and I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the dive. Felt very safe and in a controlled environment at all times. My air gauge was checked constantly and I was checked on all the time.
Eileen, Rosie and my companion I want to thank you all so much and I wish you all the best in the future. Oh and Giles for getting us there and back safely. Highly highly recommend.

We came as first-timers to Blue Water Diving. The prelim communication was friendly and easy. On the spot we were met with a welcomming smile and lots of encouragement. The team was infrormative and very effective. The diving experience was amazing! A must do in Gran Canaria! Much recommended!

I’m super happy I decided to try diving with this team( Jiles, Ari, and Ailin) especially after the scare I had last summer ( got a cramp and almost drowned!).
These guys were amazing - so patient and always keeping an eye on us during the trip. You’re definitely in good hands with them. A big shoutout to Jiles for being extra patient with me at the start and helping me chill out, so I could have this awesome experience.
Seriously, if you’re thinking about it, just go for it. You won’t regret it!

I really enjoyed having the first diving class.
For me - for the person who doesn't like being in the water and especially underwater - that was opening of myself and discovering an absolutely new world!
The young and understandable instructors were patient with me and thanks to them I have outstepped my borders!
Highly recommend this company to discover something new to you and in yourself!
The hardest is to make the first step!
