Learn how to make Pralines & mendiants chocolates from scratch!
We make everything ourselves during the workshop. You work in teams of 2 or 3 first learning the tempering process, then the praline shells, ganache, the mendiants, filling the shells with the ganache, closing & hot chocolate! We provide you a nice box to take your very own 35+ crafted pieces of chocolate home! We accept kids form 12 years old and up.

What a great experience. We had a fantastic group and Anna lead us through the workshop with fun facts and clear guidance. We both loved every minute especially the hot chocolate. Probably the highlight of our trip and hubby was very impressed when I got home with a full box of chocolates.
Will definitely do this again next time we are in Brugges.

This whole process was so much fun and the chocolate we took home was delicious. Our assistant explained the process clearly and everyone had a great time making their chocolate. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

The workshop gave an insight into the skill required to making chocolates with filling.
We worked in pairs undertaking the process from start to the finish product under instruction.
The instructor was insightful, funny and we managed to create 20 plus handmade chocolates. A box was supplied with a label.
At the end of the process we were able to consume the remaining chocolate sauce in the bowl. Yummy!
And drink the hot chocolate made by our instructor .
Divine.
I highly recommend experience even if you don’t know how to bake and the 2+ hours flew by.
Well organised, good value and a highlight of our visit to Bruges.

Fantastic experience!! Fun and interactive, and you go home with chocolate. Aure was our teacher/guide and was perfect. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to Bruges

So much fun! Learnt lots. Met lovely people. Plenty of time to make chocolates and eat and drink chocolate. The host was great. Plenty of space to move around. Very well organised. Worth every penny but leave a tip too!
