Our guide, Neil, was witty, knowledgeable and very likable and he did a fantastic job narrating the tour. We were transported in a nice Mercedes minivan that made it easy for our driver to navigate and it allowed us to get on and off easily at our various stops. The Bryggen walk at the end of the tour was a nice capstone to our 2 1/2-hour experience.

Today we did the minibus tour of Bergen with Emma as our guide. Her commentary was great and her knowledge about Bergen and Norway was very informative. This was the fourth tour in Norwegian ports this week and it was by far the best.

Went on this minibus tour independently following our cruise. This tour was great. Being on a minibus, we went all over Bergen and were able to stop for several photos at good locations. We were able to see a lot more of Bergen than a walking tour. Neil, our guide, was amazing. He told us much about Bergen & its history. He even had personal experiences to share that related to what we were seeing. The Bryggen Walk as well wasn't too much and Neil shared so much history with us. The minibus driver (I forgot his name) drove exceptionally and safely through narrow roads but took us all over. I would highly recommend this tour to really see Bergen which is worth touring. (Hope you get Neil too.)

We were able to see parts of Bergen that we likely will not have reached on foot if we looked around on our own
