Best Friends Ritual: mini facial + aromatherapy massage + day SPA + glass cava

We went to the Wellness Spa on the recommendation of friends when we discovered that the spa at our hotel in Palma was closed on Sundays. The friends in question had gone there and had enjoyed free use of the facilities because they booked a treatment. We, however were charged both for the treatment (back and neck massage and mini facial) and an extra €29 each for the use of the pool and sauna. Having booked on line and driven all the way there we opted to pay rather than suffer further disappointment but, by the time you included lunch, we were down over €300 by the time we left. Really not worth that much for such limited facilities - a small pool with jacuzzi and only one sauna and quite crowded with families staying at the hotel. We left feeling quite dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend it to other users.

Very relaxing, friendly. We both nearly fell asleep! Everything as described!! Well done nataly and Consuelo!!!! Also on way out stopped for cocktails and dessert! Spa great, jacuzzi, sauna, modern swimming pool with all extras

The massage parlor's hands were soft and it was so good that I could fall asleep. I don't know if I can come to Mallorca again, but I want to get this massage again

Thank you Marcela and Mara for the wonderful massages. The smells were lovely and the massage was very relaxing. Marcela found my knot and tenseness, leaving me feeling great! Enjoyed my Relax herbal tea after! Looking forward to thx sauna, steam room and the pool room is nice and warm as I chill by the pool now. Well recommend it!

Die Massage mit anschließender Gesichtsbehandlung war sehr entspannend. Tat richtig gut. Die Kombi mit der Sauna vorab war super. Wir wurden von Nataley und Consuelo verwöhnt und kommen gerne wieder.

Massage corps et visage d'une heure et demie. Incroyable. Très relaxant. Suivi d'un accès au SPA. Piscine à jets, hammam et sauna. Moment très agréable. Le personnel était très accueillant.
