Tour was extensive and guide very knowledgeable (Peter), but the tea at Harrods was disappointing not worth the extra cost. They served you a warm biscuit cup of tea, no tray of sandwiches or pretty cakes. A total rip off. Just do your and no tea go elsewhere.

The tour was great, the tour guide was very knowledgeable, knew the history well and enhanced our London experience. There was an event taking place so we were unable to witness the changing of the guard so our tour guide was able to show us something else off the beaten path about London otherwise we wouldn't have seen. I would recommend this tour as a great overview of London.

Our guide, Zozo, was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, funny and had stories to make the history come alive! It is a long day but having the cruise and London Eye at the end of the tour was the best plan. Would highly recommend, especially if Zozo is the guide!

Tour guide was well informed and had a good sense of humour. It was a long day so you need to be fit. For whatever reason we did not see the changing of the guards although we booked for a Wednesday specifically for this. Overall good tour disappointing not to see the guards.

Christine did a great job. Unfortunately her voice did not carry well so I would recommend a microphone. It would be sad to miss all her knowledge. She shared really interesting and unique facts

Our Guide John was good. However, the tour was too long and boring. Because of the overcrowding and our position, we didn't see the changing of the guards. Some of the history was interesting to hear about but there was way too much useless info mentioned.

Seeing the sites was a good experience. What I didn't care for was the rush. Little time was spent at Changing of the Guards. We had to be back at the meeting point before the ceremony was completed. It was crowded and we never got to see the front of the Buckingham Palace. If more time was available it would have been a wonderful experience. Also, the Parliament and Westminster allowed little time and all you really see is the outside. We later to a guided tour the of inside of both and it is something I highly recommend. Skip the bus tour. You can experience most of the sites on your own.
