Please Note: Niagara City Cruises Voyage To The Falls Boat Tour is seasonal, operating April- November only, replaced with admission to Niagara's Fury and Butterfly Conservatory in the winter months.

The intricate designs on the face of the Floral Clock are created with up to 16,000 carpet bedding plants and are changed twice each year. The planted face of the Floral Clock is maintained by Niagara Parks horticulture staff, while the mechanism inside is kept in working order by Ontario Hydro.

We will contact you 1-3 days prior to your tour regarding a specific pick up time.
If you do not have access to phone or email please be ready and waiting 30 minutes prior to your tour start time. If you did not select a hotel and do not require a hotel pick up, please be ready and waiting at the front entrance of 5400 Robinson Street parking lot 15 mins prior to your tour start time.

We enjoyed the whole thing but of course the boat ride was the most memorable. Our guide gave us his tip for the best place to stand on the boat, and he was correct! We all got soaked, of course, but that's part of the fun. Going behind the falls in the tunnels was also very cool. The Skyon Tower was OK but we had a better view from our hotel room at the Hilton.

Our tour of Niagara falls was amazing beautiful sites and the falls are way beyond what we imagined. Cheryl, our tour guide was fabulous, She was very friendly and knew so many facts about the area and falls that the time we spent with her flew by. I would recommend her to anyone.

Like all the other reviews have said, this is a must-do tour in Niagara. It gives three perspectives of the falls - overhead from the tower, behind the falls and then directly in front on the boat/mist trip. Our guide Minesh was very knowledgeable and helpful with other recommendations. He also did well with timing to ensure we got to see everything before the rain came in. Our tour was only around three hours so I think to add value, a stop at the White Water Walk would’ve been great, or even a stop to the south with more information about the falls, including any significance to the indigenous cultures. That said, highly recommend.

Our tour guide - Martine with TripShepherd - picked us up in front of our hotel. We were in a small group which we really enjoyed!
Getting into the sheer magnitude of Niagara Falls was a once in a lifetime experience - Very wet but a must see and do.
Martine and her associate kept us entertained with many stories of the Falls and the people who have lived on and around the area.
We would recommend TripShepherd to anyone looking for a memorable tour.
We would recommend going to Skylon Towers before getting wet at the Falls.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Manish was an exceptional guide who made our tour both informative and enjoyable. His knowledge of the area and the Falls was impressive, and he provided fascinating insights throughout the tour. He even gave suggestions. The small group setting allowed for a more personalized experience, and we appreciated the attention to detail that Manish provided. The boat ride was exhilarating, offering breathtaking views of the Falls from a unique perspective, and the behind-the-falls experience was truly awe-inspiring. Overall, I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls, especially with Manish as your guide!

The reason we come to see this wonder of the world can be shown by just about anyone, right?? They are majestic! Our guide Nick was extremely knowledge, entertaining and courteous to the group.
Pay attention to the weather, dress appropriately to have the best experience… and if you per chance get Nick - enjoy!

Great trip. Nick was very knowledgeable and interesting. Having tickets booked and handed out was really helpful. Visited tower. Tunnels and boat trip. As recommended by Nick got thoroughly wet on the boat- an experience of a lifetime. Then took us to the whirlpool and showed us decent restaurants. An excellent tour

We had Precious s our guide who was absolutely outstanding and he made us feel special and his knowledge was incredible. The trip itself was just brilliant, some stops were busy but we went straight through every time and all of it was brilliant.
