Had a great tour! ItaliaTours is very reliable tour group, took a couple of tours on our trip to Italy and they were on time, organized, and meeting points and vouchers/tickets easily to find. The tour was long but fast past, wish we could have gone a little more slowly, but the Vatican is pretty packed and I can see why that wasn't an option with all the other tour groups. Mariah was very kind and knowledgeable tour leader.

It is definitely a "fast track" tour. Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable but did not discuss the Sistine Chapel at all. The
Vatican museum was so crowded that it was not a pleasurable experience. That is no fault of the guide or tour operator though. There also is no guide for Saint Peter's either. You are own your own for that part. Also you could not spend time on our own in the museum, once that part was over, you had to directly to the basilica. It does allow you to skip the line and that is the only plus. I would not recommend this tour.

Very comprehensive and interesting tour. Maria was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Make sure you book such a tour before you go because queues are horrendous for doing it yourself. Very good. Thank you.

Sabrina was our guide and was great. This tour is a whistle stop tour of the highlights of the Vatican museums finishing in the fabulous Sistine chapel. Sabrina also got us fast tracked into the Basilica, skipping the long queues. Would recommend this tour.

Our guide Nadiya was fabulous. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. That was all that kept me going. Way way way too many people let in at same time. Herded like cattle. No one seems to follow directions of no talking or photos in Sistine chapel. It was beautiful but they seriously need to rethink the number of people they allow at each time. Not pleasant and would never ever do again.
