Experiencia terrible , estresante y completamente un fraude . Se pago un servicio de un día completo en Venecia (€159 por persona) con entradas a catedral San Marcos , palacio ducal , paseo en góndola y visita ciudad . Se solicito guía en español . El representante llegó una hora tarde , no hablaba español y no llevaba entradas a ninguna atracción y comentó que estaba contratado por un tour de 2 hrs . Se le rechazó el servicio y VIATOR NO QUIERE REGRESAR NUESTRO DINERO . HE SOLICITADO EVIDENCIAS DE QUE ESTABAN PREPARADOS CON ENTRADAS PARA REALIZAR EL TOUR Y PARA ELLOS ES MUY FÁCIL CONTESTAR POR CORREO INDICANDO QUE DE ACUERDO A SUS EVIDENCIAS NO PROCEDE REEMBOLSO Y QUE ES SU DECISIÓN FINAL .
