Jack the Ripper- the walking tour through London was an experience of historical stories on Jack the Ripper and the women who were murdered. Phil, our guide presented us with many different details and told us to come up with who we think committed the murders. Phil also gave us loads of information on London itself!

The staff on the bus were pleasant and helpful. The river trip was enjoyable but can be booked independently of the bus. Where do I start with the bus ride? The seats were hard, unpadded and small. The bus was packed with standing room only. The recorded commentary was frankly awful with lots of Musak in between the sparse facts offered. I could not listen to it and was embarrassed by its poor quality. If you want to go on one of these tours choose a company (NOT BigBus) that offers the option of live commentary as this is usually more interesting. If you want comfort then the ordinary London public transport buses are quieter (electric), and have better padded seats and the fares are a fraction of what big bus charges. I had a two for one offer (courtesty of t

We loved this on/off bus tour. We were able to see so much in one day. We were able to cover so much of London and get off to see what we wanted to see.

Terrible Customer service; when trying to reboard, I was refused by the man at the bus stop as I could not access my QR Code; I could access the confirmation email showing the sales receipt and number. He had wi fi as he had a printer, but he refused to look it up for me. As I was traveling with someone, I was pressured into buying another ticket. I complained also when he tried to charge me more than my original ticket. i called him a Con Artist to his face. I tried contacting Big Bus to lodge a complaint several times, and no responses. There is no one there at the end of their customer service. Very Bad experience and I spoiled my last days in London. Choose another company - one that cares!!

We had a great time with the Big Bus London Tours. The staff was friendly, we never had to wait long for busses and enjoyed the rides. We used the Red and Blue lines, and we got to see a lot of the City.

We loved it! We had so much fun on the bus (literally hopping on and off) and visiting the city that we forgot to use our cruise 😭 But overall, I would totally do it again. Very convenient very friendly and a very easy app to go along with it. Highly recommend 👌

It was a great way to see the city. The River cruise was amazing. The crew was the commentator and knowledgable. I would recommend big bus hop on and off.

Very disappointing. Started well. Went straight to the Thames River Cruise on the Red Bus (9am) which was great. Very funny commentary onboard. We then boarded the Blue Bus to return to Piccadilly. Hours of driving around in circles. Finally the driver announcing a detour but still sitting in traffic or passing the same old attractions with no announcement to tell us when we could get off. There were 3 other couples around us also not impressed. Finally a few of us went and asked the driver who then gave us options with a 30 minute walk to where we wanted to get off. Stop 5 or 6. It was then 4pm, no lunch, we hadn’t even gotten off anywhere else. Not brave enough to get back on another line. Should have walked & used the Underground.
