The bus did not take us past any of the sites and when we asked the people coordinating at the bus stops they said they don’t. The next day we were at the colosseum and multiple busses came by! They also kept trying to upsell all of their other products. We’ve taken Big Bus Tours in other cities that were good, but it was a huge disappointment in Rome.

Chaotic to find Big Bus start point to get tickets after online booking - but once on bus it was a great way to see Rome and capture its vibe.

Easy to book and get tickets. Fabulous route with headphones to help as a guide. Very good map provided to help plan and then easy to get off, explore and get back on. Very helpful staff at stops to assist. Stops not always close to sites but easy walks

Do not book this tour. The app for the walking tour doesn't work. The on-board audio was not working on all buses. Total rip off, and no help available when we frequently asked. Online customer support was borderline rude and basically blamed us for their malfunctioning technology.

Great way to see Rome if you have never been before. Simple and inexpensive tour by bus. Basically, makes a big circle of the ancient Rome area. Takes about 90 minutes to complete the tour. Narration is provided along the way by earphones, provided on the bus. You can get a sense of where everything is located, and then hop off to scout around on your own. We used this trip to identify some sites we wanted to investigate further. Ticket is good for a specified day or days, so plenty of time to explore. Happy trails!!

Had only one day in Rome and got to see some of the major highlights easily. Started and ended at the train station and was able to get around without getting lost. Didn’t have to wait long for any buses. Recommend.
