The tour was wonderful and very easy to use. It was so nice to be able to go at our own pace! The music was so nice in between the educational information about the park. Much nicer to do this on our own than taking a tour bus.

Excellent tour guide! We loved that we could start and stop the program as we took our time at some stations more than others. Speaker was very entertaining and had fun facts throughout the tour. Make sure to acclimate yourself before hand as you get used to the app and service.

Was never able
To get it to work! I called customer service and there was no retired call. The employees at the Volcano check did not know how to help me. Very disappointing, I spent hours trying to get the app to work.

I had difficulty accessing this tour from the viator app. Had to download the Shaka app then had problems using the codes provided. I was unable to contact anyone from Shaka for assistance as their office closed at 3pm Hawaiin time and it was 3:30 pm. I had to purchase another tour directly from the Shaka app. I am hoping to get refunded for one of the tours I purchased

I thought it would tell me more than be just a map. Kind of disappointing. Plus we had a hard time with the not audio working. I worked for the first location then nothing. :( had to waste time deleting and reloading the app to get it to work again. It was very frustrating. Even then it wasn’t very useful.
