After meeting your guide at your centrally located CBD hotel, travel approximately 45-minutes towards Featherdale Wildlife Park, one of Sydney's favorite native wildlife sanctuaries home to iconic Australian animals such as kangaroos, koala's, and a range of stunning native bird-life. Here you'll have the opportunity to take a selfie with a koala, get up close for a face-to-face encounter as you hand-feed and pose for the camera with the animals.
Next, make your way to Echo Point Katoomba, the perfect vantage point for the iconic Three Sisters; a stunning natural rock formation named after an Aboriginal legend which describes a tale of three sisters turned to stone. Here, let your guide take you back in time as you explore the legends of the local Indigenous people and discover the history surrounding the rock formation. You'll also have time for the perfect photo opportunity as you look-out across the Jamison Valley and view the unique blue haze that covers the skyline.
Up next is Scenic World, one of the Blue Mountains most frequently visited attractions. For the nature lovers, soak up the fresh air and see the world heritage listed rainforest canopy as you make your way through the lush greenery along the boardwalks. If you're up for a little more adventure, scenic world is home to the worlds steepest incline railway as well as an incredible scenic cable-way ride. The cable-way is a fully enclosed glass floor cabin providing unique views over the valley out to the Three Sisters, Orphan Rock, Mt Solitary and the stunning Katoomba Falls. You'll feel like you're flying as you travel over the breathtaking Katoomba Falls - a sight you won't want to miss. If the glass floor isn't for you, there is solid flooring with seating available around the outskirts of the cabin.
End your day on a high as you bypass the peak hour traffic with a relaxing cruise down the Parramatta River back to either Darling Harbour or Circular Quay. See some of Sydney's most expensive real estate as you cruise along the river and end with the perfect harbor photo opportunities as you arrive back in the CBD.

Jed was our tour guide and he was excellent. Always on time and very informative. All 3 rides were included and enough time was given for the rides

The tour guide Mike was great fun and gave interesting facts as the day went on. The tour is family friendly with a variety of activities to suit a range of interests; sight seeing, walking, food, boutique shops, animals, scenic cable rides, river/habour cruise. Very good value for money and the coach was well equipped and comfortable. A great day out!

I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The sites alone were worth it - simply amazing views at multiple locations. The extra stop at the wildlife park to feed kangaroos was exactly what a tourist to Australia needed! And Jed the bus driver was excellent and made the whole experience fun and full of interesting information.

Time allocated for each stop is just nice. Guide provides useful information on upcoming stops throughout the journey, so do pay attention.

This was an excellent big bus tour (vs. Mercedes Sprinter type tour). Good driver and commentary and nice stops along the way. We recently went on another big bus type tour with Gray Lines that we did not enjoy very much. The Blue Mountains were BEAUTIFUL!

We enjoyed our day trip up to the Blue Mountains with Featherdale Wildlife Park. Our driver, Aaron. was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun. We opted for no lunch, which worked with our family. There were restaurants and a Coles supermarket where we stopped for lunch. The Scenic world theme park was not crowded at the time we visited giving us plenty of time to go on the scenic rides several times. There was just a bit of haze from the controlled bush fires, but otherwise, it was an enjoyable experience for us.

We really enjoyed our tour with Graham. He had a lot of knowledge about the city and the tour which I think was unique. He oversold it a bit on the picture with the koala but I understand it is part of the job. I was expecting to be able to do more with the park but most people just go for the cable rides. We went for a hike but you just go down into the rainforest and your view doesn’t really change. The boardwalk hike is convenient but easy especially if you are a hiker. The ride is fun. I don’t like the roller coaster feeling and thought it was scary at first but fun. The zoo is small but has all of the essential Aussie animals. The ride back on the boat is uneventful but you get to go under the Sydney Harbour Bridge and get a water view of the opera house. It stopped at Darling Harbor which was convenient for us since we ate at Barangaroo.

Compact tour with lots of stops in places that you might not do in one day, typically. Could have used a bit more time in some stops. Guide was great.

I feel that this tour is pretty 'touch and go'. I think visitors who purchase this tour should bear in mind that it is actually a long time before we embark on a tour as it picks up many people at many hotels.. The bus was a little cramped for my liking (and I'm not big-sized), and the aircon didn't seem to work well as many were complaining about the heat. I also felt that the tour was rushed, especially the part where we took the Scenic Skyway etc, I had to run to catch the transport twice, because the group of people in the same tour had to stick together to take the same cable car or something, and it didn't help that it was quite crowded. It left me with very little time to really experience Blue Mountains since I was rushing. The wildlife park was actually quite all right, as we are pretty much left to our own devices. In fact it was my favourite part of the tour. In general, my advice for people taking this tour is to just be aware that this is a pretty much 'touch and go' tour at Blue Mountains - perhaps maybe about 2 hours or so in total. If you would like an in-depth tour, I would suggest going with a smaller tour group (there were about 30 of us), and perhaps to make sure that you have more time at Blue Mountains.
