We were sold the Trolley by a broker which means we paid too much. Book online. However, the experience itself was awesome. We had a driver named Townie who was absolutely hilarious even when he was bustin your chops. It made the experience so much better. We also had a driver on his 2nd day named King. He was also very very informative and funny. If you're waiting around noon you may have a bit longer wait than you may have wanted due to shift change. This is a great way to see Boston. Very satisfied.

THIS IS THE TROLLEY COMPANY TO USE!!!
This is a great company. The buses are clean comfortable. The drivers are very well informed and they are very personable and friendly. We had the pleasure of having a driver by the name of a miss Jackson. She was fabulous. She knew so much history, she made the city of Boston come alive. The entire tour that we spent with her was very interesting. I felt like I got to know Boston very well because of her we chose to ride the tour completely around their 14 stops. All of the stops are close to landmarks that you will want to go to …for example you stop right in front of cheers Other companies do not do this. I felt safe. I would recommend this company to anyone visiting the Boston area. There is real value to this company.

The moment the driver talked about the Cheers bar and played the theme song. The entire bus sang along. It was so much fun!

A really good overview of Boston! My elderly mother and I went and we saw a lot of things without having to walk. We had lunch and got back on and went over to see the USS Constitution.

What they don’t tell you is trolleys don’t run during shift change. So, you stand outside waiting and wondering what’s happening for almost an hour during the middle of the day while they get themselves organized. Also, one of our guides was amazing - one was inaudible. Neither of us could understand anything he said. This same tour in Nashville was amazing - none of these issues. I was very disappointed with it in Boston.

Enjoyed Quincy Market and the surrounding areas. The Trolley drivers were friendly and very understanding when we had an unfortunate mishap.

It was very hard to hear the driver. I would also liked to have had some background history facts. Unless you have time to study your history before you go there is a lot you don’t remember. Also driver talked a little fast

It was a mixed bag. Wiggles was great. We rode from stop 14 to 1 on bus 539 . Driver never said hello or a word! Very disappointing- that part of Boston remains an unknown. Gonzo was our next driver. Thank goodness!
He was knowledgeable, entertaining and creative. Even my teenage grandsons loved him. We learned many things and had good laughs!

Ms. Beantown was great. Super knowledgeable about every aspect of Boston. Funny too. It was all a little overwhelming because it’s so much information.
