Annoying music, mediocre drinks and food, hot, and a lot of traffic to sit in. Do yourself a favor and book a real afternoon tea somewhere lovely (which we also did!). It’s just a tourist trap.
I actually realized this a few weeks in advance of our trip but you can’t cancel a booking.

Wonderful little spot for an afternoon tea! Plenty of options, and we opted for a bottomless Prosecco option, which did not disappoint! Our glasses were never half full! Being from the States, we appreciated the ambiance, and everything was tasty! Their tea selection was vast and delicious, and both servers made our experience so wonderful. If you’re ever in Covent Garden, pop on over and enjoy! Thanks for a terrific experience!

Highly recommend doing this. It was such a great way to see the city and have some great food and tea! Daisy provided such great service and was so sweet!

I was very excited to take this Tea bus tour. This is something girls will love and is predominantly populated with female participants, at least on our bus! The bus was beautifully decorated with flowers and individual tables which were extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was great! Tea offerings were absolutely delicious and there was a generous serving of both tea sandwiches and sweets. The cream tea scones were also very nice. It is very much a party atmosphere with music on high volume in the background. The service was terrific and very friendly.
However, if you are looking for this to double as a tour of London experience this may not be what you're looking for. Only a handful of sites are highlighted, and it is difficult to hear the commentary. The tour is only offered in English and there are no headphones available for different languages. Directly across from us was a non-English-speaking couple who couldn't understand the commentary and as a result talked through the majority of the tour, making the already hard to hear audio system and site descriptions impossible to hear.

Absolutely delightful! This was absolutely amazing, the staff onboard were very friendly and helpful. Seeing the sights of London and afternoon tea - what more could you ask for?!! The sandwiches and cakes were delicious. Would definitely recommend it to others, and would definitely go again!

My husband suprised me with the tour, and I absolutely loved it! I also loved the playlist, and would love it if i could some how get the songs that were played?!? Micah and Hanieh are awesome and we're very helpful with tea suggestions!
Would definitely recommend this bus tour and do again

We had an absolute amazing time on our tour! The food and sweets were delicious and the tea was fantastic. The food is plenty and filling and we even had leftovers to take home. The staff were extremely friendly and everything was as advertised! Would absolutely recommend!

Oh my gosh! What an absolute treat. The afternoon teas were scrumptious, gluten free tea divine, waiting staff so welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to our driver, as we didn't spill a drop of our drinks.
This really is the perfect way to enjoy the sites of London and indulge in a scrumptious afternoon tea.

My daughter and I took the trip while in London and it did not disappoint. Sapphire & Jeremias set up a lovely tea with lots of goodies to eat, the tea was hot and bottomless while we enjoyed seeing the sights. My favorites were the cucumber & salmon sandwich and the lemon & lime sable - so yummy. I highly recommend & next time I am in London, will definitely book another tea
