It was closed so waste of time and money said was open when we booked. Called customer service who said we would get a refund but nothing has happened yet. Recommend you to not bother booking this Incase you get there and it's closed again.

Our flight was changed two times and each time I needed to change plaza lounge booking at $20 US each time, on the second change our flight was cancelled while we were at the airport, I emailed the lounge ASAP but was told the $126 I had paid as well as the $20 fee I paid would not be honored as we did not give 6 hours notice. Being an airport lounge where flights are changed all the time you would think they would be most understanding with these issues when they happen. They just take your money and don't think about you. Would never book with Plaza lounge ever again.

The good:- Clean. Good selection of drinks. The not so good:- Minimal selection of cold food. Very little gluten free food options. Buyer be aware: - Don't buy a 6 hour pass unless you are flying with an airline that has advanced luggage check in. Most airlines open 3 hours before the flight. By the time you clear security etc, 2 hours at the most for lounge access.

Shame on Cathay Pacific for offering this lounge even to their Emerald members. Why not just use the Qantas lounge, which is far from perfect, but aeons better than this. The food is terrible (except for the cheese counter, I must give it to them. The space is minute, but still the staff does not manage to keep it clean. Dirty dishes are all over the place, the conditions of the toilets are of biblical note. Absolutely disgusting. And it's always like that. This is not a one-off review. Shame on their management for not having enough staff. Shame on all the airlines that offer this joke to their customers.

Worst lounge ever! We walked in and walked straight out again asking if we were in the right place? It’s tiny, nowhere to sit when we arrived, food looks inedible, if you want a drink you have to ask, and the girl serving definitely hasn’t been on the customer service course!

Tables had dirty plates and cups everywhere with no sign of it being cleared. Breakfast was average with very dry scrambled eggs and over cooked sausages.

This is absolutely the worst lounge I have visited. The food selection and quality was atrocious. The grey eggs were a standout. Dirty tables everywhere on arrival. The staff were friendly but there was no sense of urgency to collect any of the used plates or wipe a table. Cutlery station was empty and when I asked for a fork one was rinsed by hand and handed to me. I saw a young man order mimosas and then saw the server take two dirty flute glasses from an overflowing pile and rinse them under a tap before refilling them and handing them still dripping to the customer. No hand towel in the bathroom and soap dispenser empty. The whole place needs a refurb but the glass and cutlery rinsing was next level. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

We chose to utilise the Plaza Premium Lounge prior to departure of an overseas trip. The Lounge advertisers an opening time of 6am but without care or apology opened at 6.15am. Initially my booking could not be found, requiring me to search for and produce my online receipt for payment. This delay at the Desk was infuriating a number of Guests queued behind me as the young unfriendly Receptionist tried to locate my booking. Once entry had been gained, this Lounge and its offering represents very poor value. The Foods on offer showed no imagination or creativity and are reminiscent of old world catering. The majority of Staff were unfriendly and the young female Barista needs to be trained in both Coffee production and Customer Service. At a cost of $126.00 for 2 Guests this option for pre flight travel should be avoided.
