With the Guided Tour Option you will be provided transportation. For "DRIVE YOURSELF" option, transportation is NOT provided. Hotel or vacation rental pickup in the Tamarindo area including Tamarindo, Langosta, Playa Conchal, Brasilito, Playa Grande, Flamingo Beach, Hacienda Pinilla

This was also a “bit of everything” excursion. We went down the big jungle waterslide which was great, could have gone more times had we moved ourselves more but it was time for lunch so we missed out there, discovered how sugar was made, chose between hanging bridges or zip lining, rode horses, used volcanic mud as skin masks and bathed in the (very) hot springs. This was a fun day out albeit expensive as all trips are. Meal & guide both very good. Booked with Tui.

What a wonderful tour! Everything was fantastic, especially our tour guide Eugene. He was very knowledgeable, engaging, and professional. It was a long drive from our hotel, however, Eugene made sure that we were comfortable and safe.

Xplore Costa Rica is the best! Eugene, our driver, took great care of us during our time together. The Buena Vista MEGA COMBO is a lot of bang for your buck. Kids and adults all had a wonderful time!

Avoid at all costs. The short version is the driver had photographic proof they went to the wrong pickup location, even verified with the front desk that I wasn't staying there. While waiting I tried many different ways to contact the tour company with no luck until 3 hours later. Spoke with Chris (the owner) and because I was extremely upset over their mistake and used a colorful adjective, he refused to refund my money. Basically refusing to deal with an upset customer and wouldn't talk to me. Pathetic customer service. Never admitted their mistake either. Even after telling him this was the last day of our anniversary trip, his response was a sarcastic "pura vida".

Fabulous trip we absolutely loved it. From a prompt pick up and drive with William, our brilliant driver to the very end it was informative, enjoyable
And so much fun.
William was a great driver who showed us animals, kindly stopped so we could buy coffee and some yummy empanadas. Nothing was too much trouble including taking photos all day long for our memories !
The cultural session was interesting and we got to have some sugar cane drink, coffee and local snack tastings.
Next come the horse ride up a steep hill to the first zip line platform. Some of our family were nervous but the team make it so safe with high ratios of staff to participants. Ended up being a highlight of holiday.
Next was waterside which is super fun and finally a blissful soak and mud bath in the hot springs, washed off in a waterfall!
Book this - it’s totally worth it!

Best company for adventure combos. We booked the Mega Combo and it was amazing since we booked, The guy at the office was very friendly and helped us to figure the way to celebrate my birthday in Tamarindo. Getting old :(

The staff was so friendly! It was so much fun, you definitely get your money's worth. Miguel G. And Douglas were awesome guides and very knowledgeable about the land and culture. Very fun and safe ! The meal provided tasted like it was from a 5 star restaurant. GREAT experience!
