In case your hotel is not included in our tour, we will contact you by automatic mail 48 hours before the service to indicate the closest hotel to which you should approach. You must wait in the lobby of that hotel at the indicated time.

Greyline tours should be avoided. Car tiny, cramped and shared with tourists going to different location, driver denied having any English. Other pair Spanish and they chatted with driver for full hour on politics, places to visit and got lots of recommendations. Once they were dropped off driver put on radio.
No English speaking guide at all.
Temaiken itself was lovely, staff so friendly and in cafe there happy to help based on my limited Spanish and husbands none.
Yes, please visit the parc it is wonderful.
No, do not use this operator, they are not providing the service promised and will not answer messages.
I paid the trip advisor premium price for this to get the English speaking guide. What I got was a budget shared Uber with a cracked windshield and dumped at the turnstile of the parc

First off, the biopark is beautiful and worth visiting especially if you have kids. The tour guide was excellent and had a lot of information to share. I was the only one in the group going to the biopark (the others were on a different excursion). He escorted me to the gate to ensure my entrance was problem-free.
The reason for the low rating is twofold. Firstly, the day is much too long. Even with/for kids, while there are different experiences for them, families were leaving after 3-4 hours. I was ready after 2 hours. Secondly, and primary reason for the low rating is, Viator charges nearly 6 times the amount of the entrance fee! The entry fee was about $15, and the amount charged by Viator for the excursion. It is very difficult to imagine nearly all of that amount going to the travel company. If that is the case, Viator really needs to rethink who they do business with.
Temaiken Biopark is a worthwhile visit. Check on their website for the entry fee compared to the ridiculous amount charged by Viator. If it is anything more than 2 times the amount, find another way to get.

Si bien no deja de ser un zoo, los animales estan super cuidados, todo muy limpio. Todos los trabajadores muy atentos siempre, los baños e instalaciones super limpios, salvo alguna que otra cosa porque la gente es olvidadiza y deja su mugre en el lugar. La comida bastante cara.

Lugar lindo e com área verde bem grande. Não tem muitos animais, mas a parte do aquário é bem bonita com muitas variedades marinha.

No es creíble que su proveedor canceló y ustedes ni se enteren, me enviaron un mensaje diciendo que no completaron los pasajeros necesarios y proponen otro si como si uno estuviera a su disposición

En los collages que he preparado, se pueden apreciar los sectores del bioparque Temaiken, con fotos de antaño y fotos actuales. Se ve notoriamente los cambios negativos que han realizado, ademas y fundamentalmente los ya muy pocos ejemplares animales en excibicion!.

Foi muito bom! Não deixa a desejar de nenhum outro Bioparque que já visitei. Excelente local para caminhar e conhecer os animais em seu habitat natural.
Super tranquilo para ir de táxi. Não tivemos problema nenhum com os taxistas na Argentina.

O passeio ao Parque foi enriquecedor, com muitas variedades de animais de várias partes do mundo, o tempo no interior do Parque é suficiente para a visita de todos os espaços disponíveis, porém o serviço de busca e retorno ao local indicado, deixou muito a desejar, primeiramente a van não nos buscou e nem nos deixou no local combinado, o que nos obrigou a uma longa caminhada até a nossa estadia, o passeio teria tudo para ser perfeito, se não fosse por essa deficiência por parte do traslado.
