Cold, rain, no tigers, sitting for 90 minutes in the same place based on someone somewhere having said that there was a tiger laying in long grass. We only saw grass.
During reservation this was offered with choice of morning or evening and with hotel pickup. It was a pay immediately reservation, no refund. They only offered morning and no pickup. Dreadful. Keep away from these guys.

We took a jeep drive through the park 3 times during our visit to Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan, India. The park rangers are experts in their field, and show a real interest in protecting the wildlife in the park. I have visited many National Parks, namely Yosemite, and this park provides views of beautiful landscape and wild nature. Definite visit for the nature enthusiast, or for anyone who wants to venture off the beaten track and be in nature!!

This place is famous for large tiger population. The sanctuary is home to a wide variety of trees, plants, birds and reptiles, as well as one of the largest banyan trees in India.
