Great experience. We are a family of 7 with 3 younger children, 13, 10 and 8 and it was the perfect balance of exciting (ziplining & rappelling) and yet well organized and safe. Chris, Rob and Samhir did a wonderful job as guides. Everyone was friendly and patient. The food afterwards was great and overall we have a wonderful time. I would recommend the tour to anyone!

Zip lining, repelling waterfalls, and daring to cross a swinging bridge are experiences I will always remember. The guides ensured we were safe and that we had a blast! The views were unbelievable- we even saw a sloth!

We expected to be guided in a group but we had a prived tour with to guides Cris and Eric. It was an awesome experience. We were professionally guided and had a lot of fun. We would recommend to experience this tour too. Do not hestitate, just book it. And enjoy this great adventure.

Great time rappelling and zip-lining with guides Cris and Eric. Both were personable and professional along with having good senses of humor. My son had no issues with the rappelling, but I struggled on the first two due to my sandals being too slippery on the rocks. Word to the wise - either wear Keens or some sort of shoe with hiking treads, so you can get some purchase on the rocks. I think part of what made this experience so much fun is that it combined three different elements - rappelling, zip-lining, and a dicey hanging bridge (safe but can be a challenge if you are balance-challenged!). Total blast in the rainforest!

This tour was awesome... It has several ziplines and waterfalls a swing bridge and rock climb... The guides Eric & Chris went above and beyond to make our adventure worth while... Chris even took pictures for me on the swing bridge... The staff was easy to contact and very responsive through whatsapp... I highly recommend...

The guides (and their dog) were excellent. Rappelling down waterfalls is an unforgettable experience, but not for the feint of heart. The lunch afterward was good, and the guide helped us get a last minute reservation for a cacao farm tour at Nortico, which was also amazing.

Abseiling down waterfalls is the best experience ever. Kids loved the ziplining too. Rope bridge is a bit hairy. We loved it and would recommend to anyone who likes an adventure.

I led a church missions team of 21 people from the US in the area and we decided to do the canyoneering and canopy tour for our final day in Costa Rica. We were a group with ages ranging from 14 to 51. While none of us were sure what to expect and few of us were a little nervous since none of us had ever gone repelling before, it was extremely fun! The tour guides were so very encouraging and professional. The explanation of how to use the equipment was very well done, and there was help all along the way. There were showers at the base camp for those who needed it when we finished, and the lunch they served us afterwards was wonderful! No one on my team was sorry we went! It was a bit more adventurous than I expected, but I enjoyed it. And, I am a 51-year-old sedentary pastor who would rather NOT be on the hiking trail. We were primarily English speakers, but that was not an issue at all. Out guide spoke English fluently and the ones who did not knew enough English to help us throughout the tour. So, language was not problem. Most of our team were wearing sandals with straps and they felt it would have been better if they had worn sneakers. I wore sneakers and I was very glad I did. Sneakers will get soaked, but the team felt they would have given more traction on the slippery rocks of the water falls than the sandals. I would also suggest that you speak up if your harness feels too loose. There was a 10-15 minute hike at the beginning, and the whole time I was struggling with the harness straps around my legs especially. But, I didn't say anything. I was never in any danger on the zip lines or the repelling, but I think it would have been less uncomfortable during the walking parts had I mentioned it to one of the guides. One of our team scraped his leg on the rocks during one of the repelling events, and as soon as one of the guides spotted the injury he whipped out a first-aid kit, dressed the wound, and then at the end of the tour dressed it again. We all felt the staff was extremely professional and that we were very safe the entire time. If we go back to Costa Rica next year I fully expect the team to select this event again!
