Itinerary
The rappel course includes 5 waterfall rappels of heights between 50 and 230 feet.
This canyoning tour, starts at a local farm by La Tigra, only 30 min from La Fortuna, where the locals will give you a warm welcoming, after the guides dress you up with the harness, helmet and gloves, we will take a short hike of 5 minutes to immerse in the dense vegetation in order to find our hidden canyon, once we get the first training rappel the guides will offer a safety speech, and start going down the first rappel of 50 ft. As skills progress and confidence grows, you will descent 3 more rappels every one with different challenges.
You’ll descend into a breathtaking world of cascading waterfalls, hidden trails, and rocky cliffs. Rappel down vertical drops, leap into refreshing pools, and rappel through narrow gorges ("La Caracola"), surrounded by the lush tropical rainforest.
The highligth or the golden ending of this tour is the waterafll called "Infinity Waterfall" an georgeous waterfall rappel of 230 ft where you will graduate as a profesional Costa Rica rappeller.
At the end a nice family will reward you with the most authentic and tasty Costa Rican lunch.

My best friend and I had so much fun repelling waterfalls and hiking the beautiful mountains. Our guides, Alex and Jordi, were supportive, encouraging, and funny! Truly, they were a delight. It was an incredible experience—a perfect challenge and great adventure! Plus, a DELICIOUS meal after, the best meal we have had in Costa Rica so far. I am so grateful, and a bit emotional after what I and my friend accomplished today. Thank you, Alex y Jordi!!

AMAZING!! It was so thrilling and I felt so safe the whole time! The guides were super kind and so fun. We rappelled 5 waterfalls; the first 4 smaller ones allowed us to practice and get a feel for the rope, and the last one was as big as the first 4 combined! It was super intense and not for the faint of heart but no experience required. Just a little courage and shoes with good traction. I wore chacos and I was alright but climbing shoes would have been better.
You will get wet! There’s a short but steep hike back up from the falls so be prepared to hike!
The food at the end was the best food we ate our whole trip. Incredible experience all around!

Jordy & Alex were our guides-they were fantastic! We had no experience prior to the trip, but they gave us a great safety speech and “showed us the ropes.” The location in town was easy to find, and they had coffee for us when we arrived. We took a shuttle to our base camp, from which we hiked out to our first waterfalls. Afterwards, we had the best lunch in Costa Rica, hand-prepared by Giselle over a wood stove with freshly squeezed star fruit juice. The entire trip, we felt safe with the rappelling and learned a lot about the local flora. This is a must-do part of your trip. Thank you so much for showing us your beautiful country, Jordy and Alex!

Very enjoyable experience! Alex and Jordy were amazing guides. They were very cautious of our safety. The hike and waterfall were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious!

My wife and I tried rappelling for the first time and we had a great time. Rappelling was my birthday present to my wife. Alex was great and very understanding:) the whole day was the highlight of our Costa Rican vacation so far. We will definitely do rappelling again on our travels. If you have a chance to rappel with

Absolutely loved this tour!! Alex and Jordy were amazing and made me feel super safe even though I’ve never been canyoning before. The food was delicious as well, perfect way to end the tour! Highly recommend :)

The trip was great!! Alex and Jordi brought the stoke and were great guides! They were wonderful at making us feel safe and had multiple safety systems in place to make sure all levels of adventurer were comfortable and could have a good time. The waterfalls were beautiful and the food after was spectacular! Highly recommend for a unique experience.
