Our driver Zouhair was very nice. He shared a lot of information about the history of the buildings that we drove by as well as tips for good restaurants. The spa was very nice and relaxing. I recommend the massage and body scrub! All of the staff was very kind.

Everyone was very nice and friendly but for a foreigner an explanation of what was going to happen would have been nice. Having the host explain in advance of starting what each oil was, when it would be applied and how the hamman works would have been nice. Showering after the massage, giving us a towel would have been nice too. It was not an extraordinary experience. I think the whole talk of Hamman is a bit exaggerated and way over priced.

Pictures are false and misleading... The rooms I was in was just grey concrete.. no pool to lounge by just a room with a recliner that didn't recline and a tv not on.. staff unfriendly apart from lady doing the scrubbing.. which was very very firm.. no english.. felt like a fish out of water... Photos totally misleading.. dong be fooled.. wish I had gone back in to take photos to prove it.. choose a different Hammam... Rip off tourists.. no way locals paying $185 US ..

We had the best 3hours with Anas. He was punctual, extremely well spoken and very knowledgable. We were with our 2year old and Anas went out of his way to make him comfortable and smiling through the 3hours. The entire tour and all the stops were well planned.

Absolutely incredible experience. Everyone made us feel at ease and respected. Yusuf the drive was professional. My wife forgot her glasses in her robe and the Hamman called the driver and asked Yusuf to return and pickup the glasses. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Mahdi was an excellent driver. The spa was very relaxing. Highly recommend if you would like to have a traditional Hammam and or a massage.

The whole experience was great!!! Both drivers were very professional and kind. Premium Transfer and Tours are very involved from the moment you reserve to after you finish your tour to make sure you get the best service possible. And we are thankful for it.

Chauffer Mehdi was one of the friendliest and most joyful person I have ever met. His presence made our Casablanca visit a memorable one. He took us to the Hamman place and we were met with 4 separate Hamman ladies for four of us, followed by four different masseuse. This traditional full body scrub cleaned out every pours. My masseuse Lamia was the best there is in this business. I was hesitant to book this activity for the family but this experience was one of a kind and we were pleasantly surprised how it turned out. We have had spa and massages all over the world but Morocco exceeded all expectations.
