We booked a 2 hour pedicab tour at the end of April, and was met at the pick up point despite the President closing off roads just so he could drive round Manhattan. We were taken to meet the awesome John as our guide round Central Park. John made us feel at home, checking whether we needed a restroom before we started and provided a warm blanket for us to sit on in the cab. John certainly knew both the history of the various parts of the park, together with TV and movie cultural references. He answered all our questions without hesitation and was funny with it. He also cued up relevant music to make the tour relevant to our daughter! He exceeded our expectations at all points along the way. We visited all the well known parts, leaving us enough time to get out and explore. John took great photos of us too, much better than we could have done ourselves – what a bonus! There is no other advice to give as John has everything covered. We had hired bikes round the Park on a previous trip, however this tour was so more informative and much better by comparison. It was the highlight of our New York visit!

This was amazing. We had been warned over and over again to be careful about booking a pedicab tour. Well I am so happy I continued to believe the reviews for this company, as it DID NOT disappoint. Vitali was absolutely wonderful, professional and personable. It was for our 90 yr old mothers birthday, and SHE LOVED it!! A true highlight of our time in NYC

Vitali was our guide and was amazing! He took pictures for us, had lots of information about the park and buildings around, and was very funny and kept things interesting! This is the 2nd time our family has used this tour group and would 100% recommend. We did the 2hr tour and had time to walk around at spots and take pictures and it was the perfect amount of time to see everything. I wouldn’t go with anyone else but Peter Pen tours!

After reading some positive reviews from others, I booked our pedicab tour with Peter Pen tours. Our tour guide’s name was Vitali. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. Beginning with finding a bathroom for my kids to use before we got started, laying a soft, comfy blanket across our laps to keep us warm, and immediately making us laugh with his witty and warm sense of humor. He took us to every well known spot in Central Park and around it. We learned so much and had an absolute blast singing along with his great music. This experience was by far one of the top highlights of our entire nyc trip. I highly recommend this tour company and if you can ask for Vitali, you are in for a fabulous experience!

I'm writing this review with conflicting feelings - on the one hand, I feel so unforgettable and rewarded for this trip; on the other hand, I feel guilty and sorry. Because this is a review that I owe this lovely young guy for almost 11 years! In the year 2013, my mum and I went to New York's Central Park for a visiting tour and chose the Peter Pan Tour for a try. He delivered his service with a total beyond our expectation outcome - 120 out of 100 scores! Not only did he fulfill all the promised services but also delivered them full of passion, kindness, humor, and proactiveness! He helped us take photos, made extra efforts to show us the best view and explained what's the history and funny stories of certain areas and the entire atmosphere was so cheerful and enjoyable! I promised to share a good review before leaving him but just couldn't find the card he left me. After so many years, my mum and I still talking about our unique experiences with this Peter Pan boy and I felt sorry that I lost his contact card (which made me lose track of the platform to share my review.) Until recently, when I cleared out some old storage stuff and found this old contact card - finally, I finally knew where to upload my review and here it comes! I want to say thank you to you, who brought so much joy and good memories to my mum and me. I sincerely hope we can go back to Central Park again and invite you to show us around once again!
