Very informative! Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. So glad we took this tour-we learned a lot. I would recommend that if you are going to do this- do it when you first arrive- great way to get a lay of the land.

Well, kudos to the tour driver. He was a little under the weather, but was very informative. However, I don’t know if it was because of his cold or he just normally talks really fast. Also, the car museum and sculpture stops were something just to kill time. Not overly interesting. Didn’t think the tour was worth 80+ dollars.

Driver very knowledgeable but talked a bit fast. Would have liked more time at the auto museum and less at the sculpture park.

Our tour guide and his wife were great. The guide was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome with his greetings and cold water. The info on the tour was very interesting and the stop at the Coker museum was great as well. I do think the tour could be just a tad bit shorter time wise, but otherwise a great activity if it is your first time in Chattanooga. We scheduled some our activities from what we saw on the tour.

The driver/ guide, Craig, was professional, courteous and exhumed genuine interest in making our experience special. His knowledge of facts and history was only exceeded by the manner by which he knit them together for a compelling tour. Well done.

The good things include the very friendly driver/tour guide, Craig. There was a lot of information and it was interestingly presented. They provided removable seat cushions to try to minimize wooden bench seats’ hardness. That was one of the negatives (the hardwood benches). After the first hour, they became very uncomfortable. The trolley was not cooled down when we got on, and the A/C took awhile to cool things off to a reasonable level. The volume of information was so large that the guide had to talk very fast, and non-stop. Several times it was hard to understand him. A better editing job needs to be done. All in all though, I would recommend the tour.
