Our first stop of the day is at a beautiful winery belonging to one of the most prestigious Italian aristocratic families. Here we taste three wines paired with cured meats and two olive oils but first, there’s a fascinating guided tour of the historic wine cellars and to the olive mill through underground tunnels that pass under the villa.

Now buckle-up and get ready for some off-roading through ancient woodland and rolling hills, outlined with cypress trees and dotted with rustic farms and churches, to make our way to a typical Tuscan winery restaurant with stunning views. Here is where we will really get your taste buds tingling with delicious food and wine. You will not want to leave!

Stop At: Poggio Torselli, Via Scopeti 10, 50026, San Casciano in Val di Pesa Italy
We go deeper into the Chianti hills and enjoy more incredible countryside on our way to a Chianti Classico vineyard. As a contrast to the established winery of the morning, this one is smaller and less known though does have two award winning wines which you will taste as you find out how ancient tradition and innovation have been combined to create them.

Exceptional! Sara was a fantastic guide with vast amounts of knowledge and enthusiasm which really made the trip soo wonderful and very interesting!! Giuseppe transferred us smoothly (despite a few bumpy roads) from one place to another in a very comfortable truck/bus. We were lucky to have a sunny day (but I think you would have a great time even if it wasn't) and to be able to enjoy the beautiful views and Tuscan countryside.
I am vegetarian and they provided delicious cheeses instead of meat to pair with the wine, of which there was plenty of and it was all excellent!
A really enjoyable experience...THANK YOU SARA AND GIUSEPPE!!

I had a great time at the tour and would recommend it to anyone eager to discover local vineyards with local food and olive oil. Tour was well organised and we got to see some very beautiful places. Food and wines were great although I`m not particularly into red wine. Our tour mates were great as well as the tour guide Angela. Overall great experience and you wouldn`t want to miss that if you happen to be in Florence or anywhere else in Tuscany.

This was an amazing tour and definitely worth the price! We got so much wine! The lunch and apps were 10/10! Alex was the best tour guide and so knowledgeable. He also made sure everyone was taken care of!

This was such a unique experience that I would recommend to anyone. The three villas/wineries were stunning, and Gloria our guide was simply incredible. She is a sommelier and was not only super knowledgable, but also very personable and was a joy to be with all day. Plus, the 4x4 was so unique and fun with an incredible driver -- those roads are no joke and he was such a pro!
The lunch we had was maybe the best meals we had our whole time in Florence/Tuscany. SO much food and it was included with the price. All three of the stops were fabulous and included tasty snacks with the wine tastings.
I was a bit wary of the price at first, but for a full day plus food and drinks, we found it to be a really great value and would recommend to anyone. If you're on the fence, book it! You definitely won't regret it. :)

Incredible trip from start to finish. Booked this trip to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday and it didn’t disappoint.
Lavi and Nando were superb.
Great wines, delicious food and a fantastic tour guide.

- If you want something authentic & real (no mass tourism) this is the right experience
- we were lucky to have a knowledgeable guide Lavi, who is a trained lvl 3 sommelier, elevating the experience to an in-depth (no superficial BS) learnining for people who want to really bring back some knowledge home and connect with Tuscany + was good to have a reliable driver Giuseppe for the bumpy parts of the drip
PS for context I have been to approx. 100 trips & experiences in the last 10 years - this one would be for sure in the top group

It was an amazing experience. The group that we were with was great and Angela was a really good guide. everything we ate was delicious. The only thing I would suggest is to be more organized at the bus, or spots were stolen twice and people had to run to the bus to grab their seats, that wasn't enjoyable other than that it was a great tour

This was by far the best experience and worth every single penny. My husband and I are traveling through Italy for our honeymoon and knew we wanted to book a Tuscany wine tasting while we were in Florence and after looking into others, we decided on the all day Chianti Safari Tour and we are so glad we did. We met three other couples that were also honeymooning and getting to know them throughout the day was such a delight. Our wine expert and tour guide, Sara was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and funny; she truly made the experience even better. Our driver, Giuseppe was great too, especially with the rougher parts of the terrain. The wine was so incredible we had to buy a few bottles (thankfully they offer shipping back to the states) and the lunch was also delicious. Honestly I could go on and on about this tour it was THAT good.

I can’t say enough good things about this tour. We loved that it was all day which gave us plenty of time to see a variety of wineries from small to large. The wineries selected were beautiful and all of the hosts were knowledgeable and gracious. The tour focuses on Chiantis which is nice in that it allows you to sample the same wine across multiple vineyards. Best of all was our tour guide Gloria and driver Nando. Gloria is so sweet and knowledgeable, balancing interesting information with enough time to explore and sample the wines. Highly recommend!
