Joseph was a clear, articulate story teller. He spoke loud enough for the 40 in our group to hear. Funny, knowledgeable and kept things moving

Our guide Sarah was excellent! The tour was full of interesting stories about Al Capone, the Southside Gang, HH Holmes, boat and fire tragedies - all within a few block radius. A different perspective on history with an excellent storyteller.

It was a horrible experience!
I signed up online and paid you with my Amex- you took the money! We showed up early and there was NO TOUR!
We called and was told by Mr. Lloyd that we didn't sign up properly-
You took the money!!!
It was a Gangster Tour and Viator.com was the Gangster that robbed me!
They said that there is no refund!
We booked the tour, then,
1. We drove to the city.
2. We paid to park by The Congress Hotel meeting spot.
3. We paid to have lunch near by.
4. We waited and waited.
5. We called and called.
6. Finally got a human being on the phone to be told NO REFUND.
7. Drove home in Chicago Traffic.
I will never use Viator.com again!
