Guide was funny but mostly knowledgeable about the city’s history. They have a bar on boards so if you want some cocktails, that’s nice seats aren’t very comfortable, but you really want to be walking around looking at all the buildings that he’s talking about. I would definitely recommend this..

We loved this experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and clearly had a great love for the city and its architecture. This was a great way to start a vacay in Chicago because for the rest of our time here we were recognized the different buildings, had a sense of the history, and we had a general sense of the layout of the city. Initially, I thought 90 min was too long, but it ended up to be exactly right. Highly recommend!

An excellent tour. John, our tour guide was excellent, very amusing but a complete tour absolutely jam packed with facts about the amazing architecture of Chicago. The tour does a good distance in 90 minutes, without duplicating sights. Recommended!

Our tour guide, Alex was so engaging and funny. It was clear he loves Chicago and enjoys his job. The river is beautiful and the 90 minute ride was just long enough. I recommend going at 6 PM so you can catch the beginning of the sunset towards the end of the trip. Made for wonderful pictures and a nice way to end our last day in Chicago.
